Si vous séjournez dans un hôtel : veuillez patienter dans le hall principal. Le guide vous attendra pour vous accueillir. Si vous arrivez en bateau de croisière : veuillez vous rendre au point de rendez-vous principal au port d'Amber Cove ou de Taino Bay. Le guide vous reconnaîtra facilement, alors ne vous inquiétez pas ! Avis important pour les groupes : Ce circuit nécessite un minimum de 4 participants pour fonctionner. Si votre groupe est plus petit que ce montant, ne vous inquiétez pas. Contactez-nous le plus tôt possible afin que nous puissions vous aider à coordonner votre participation, que ce soit en rejoignant un autre groupe ou en explorant d’autres options. Leonel was the private driver and guide for my family’s day in Puerto Plata. He picked us up inside the Amber Cove port at the taxi stand as prearranged. All communication was done through What’s App with Rigo. He was very communicative and helpful. Leonel took us to a local farm for a tour, a local beach for a few hours and also escorted us through a local grocery store to pick up coffee and vanilla. I would highly recommend their services. If we come to Peurto Plata again, we will use their service again.

A wonderful experience visiting the best of Puerto Plata. Since we only had a few hours (as we arrived by cruise ship) and it was very hot, we decided to see the highlights of the city and then spend some time at the beach. We were traveling with our two daughters, aged 3 and 5, so we especially wanted something suitable for them as well. The guide was extremely punctual, very friendly, and explained many interesting things to us. He even bought us a local avocado to taste! Afterwards, he took us to a lovely beach club with sunbeds and showers. The sea was beautiful, with waves and quite windy, but luckily so because it was really hot! I would highly recommend booking with Rigo — reliable, safe, and very friendly!

We went on an excursion with Rigo and his team back in 2023 and when we were coming back to the D.R. I knew he was the one to contact. We had the best time! We toured the city, rolled cigars in town, went to the Rum Factory and tasted some excellent rum! We took pictures at the the beach, learned a lot about the area and Rigo even surprised our friend for his birthday! They are wonderful. Highly Recommend!

He quickly put together a tour that matched our preferences and offered a great price. Three days prior to our arrival, he followed up to reconfirm all the details and provided clear instructions on where to meet, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The tour itself was fantastic—exactly what we wanted. We enjoyed a quick but informative tour of the city, followed by relaxing time at Playa Dorada. The beach was beautiful, and the experience included beach chairs, which made it even more enjoyable. Our beach attendant was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our driver was professional, knowledgeable, and ensured we had all the information we needed for a great experience. We were visiting on the MSC World America and had more than enough time to return to the ship comfortably while still fully enjoying the tour. Highly recommend!

We had a great time on our private tour! We were able to choose so many options for things to see and do with our group of 10 people. With family members between 25 and 84 years old, everyone was able to enjoy the excursion at their own pace. We were so happy to have a private tour guide of the countryside and city!

Rigo and the team are absolutely amazing!!! My second tour with him and he feels like family already. Rum ànd Cigar factory are great. not huge, very quaint and fun. Can't beat the price... Won't book with anyone else unless Rigo suggested it...
