This was a wonderful experience. Group of 16 and they provided two vans, helped with luggage, very professional. Would certainly recommend.
Friendly driver, on-time to meeting point, safe driving, nice and clean vehicle, would definitely recommend
easy communication and responsive when we had questions and time changes. driver was a few minutes delayed for pick up and wasnt the same driver assigned in previous email so therefore we didnt have correct contact information.
The city of Ravenna was a pleasant experience. We landed, it is appropriate to say, at the end of a cruise. Clean, welcoming, cultural sites of considerable value, heavenly food, refined and well-kept shops, make it a must-see destination. Highly recommended!

After our experience in Barcelona, we were very nervous about our pickup in Ravenna because we needed to catch a flight at Marco Polo airport over 120km away and the timing was a little tight. This was the exact opposite to our last use of Viator. The communications with the local agent was excellent. We were able to arrange the exact time and location of our pickup. Our driver was outside waiting with a sign with our name on it. We got to the airport ahead of schedule and our driver even helped us get our bags to check in. Perfect experience.

Thank you!! Booking this private transfer was a life saver. We were not aware of the transfer time and distance from Ravenna to Marco Polo Airport and the cruise line shuttle was not an option given the time of our flight. The driver,Vittorio arrived as we disembarked the ship and we were able to beat the cruise traffic from the terminal. He was able to get us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. Driver was careful and a good driver. The cost of the was expensive but it was worth it to me as I was traveling alone.
