- Expérience en vélo : un niveau de base en vélo est indispensable.
- À la discrétion du guide : un test est effectué avant le départ. Le guide se réserve le droit de refuser la participation d'un client (sans remboursement) si celui-ci ne remplit pas les conditions requises en raison d'un manque de capacité physique ou de problèmes de santé.
- Bébés : les bébés (jusqu'à 20 kg) voyagent gratuitement dans un siège enfant fourni
- Enfants : les enfants (mesurant moins de 139 cm) doivent utiliser une remorque pour vélo
- Âge requis pour les vélos électriques : l'âge minimum pour conduire un vélo électrique est de 12 ans

We rented 3 e-bikes to ride around independently for 4 hours. The price is very reasonable. The staff is amazing. Doraemon was very friendly and helpful. Even though we were going off on our own, he provided us with an upload to a tour map for our destination. We road for a bit along the Tiber River, but then made our way to Villa Borghese Park. Had a great time. Bikes worked well. There was a basket on my bike to carry sunscreen, phone, water, etc. Bikes also came with phone holders, so you can view your map easily as you go. Staff is multi-lingual. We highly recommend this business.
