Fabulous concert in an exquisite room was a fabulous end to our stay in Vienna. The after hours tour was a bit rushed, but without crowds we were able to get pictures of rooms with no people on it.
This was the best experience. The tour of the palace was amazing but the concert was the highlight. Almost 2 hours of Mozart and Strauss. Wonderful experience.
Nice after-hours tour. Connect a beautiful concert with popular classical music
The whole event amazing - great to see the palace without the crowds - relaxed tour - stunning palace. The musical event in the palace was magical - a combination of Mozart and Strauss played by excellent musicians in a stunning setting. Well organised and well worth the £ highly recommend.
Recommend Not cheap, but very memorable The concert was fabulous, the sound quality amazing, there were also two opera singers who were very good
Disappointing experience. The tour is a hustle and bustle, the concert too short for the prize and the coronation was the loud cleaning up activities of the catering service after the break, which were massively disruptive during the concert! Musically, the orchestra and soloists were good and the concert space worth seeing. From the middle, however, the acoustics are no longer special.
The palace tour was very nice. We loved the concert but were seated in the back snd couldn’t see the musicians. We would have liked a program for the music that was played.
Finding the ticket collection point was not clear in the booking information. Tickets were redeemed in the Palace at the tour entrance - a long way from the entry
The tour of the palace was a short, audio-only tour which included only a small number of rooms of the palace. Additionally, we felt rushed — the security guards were right behind us the whole time, herding us through at a fast pace. The concert was good, although the trio who plays a concert in the basement of Mozart's apartment building were better. For some dumb reason, we had to walk a long ways to check in for the tour and then walk all the way back after the palace tour to check in for the concert. Some smarter planning could resolve that and save ladies having to walk so much in high heels. The worst part was during the second half of the concert, the staff in the back of the auditorium were making a lot of noise—moving furniture around or something—which really detracted from being able to enjoy the music. One saving grace was the price included a ticket for a free drink and free entree from a vendor in the Christmas market.
For the tour expected some more. Just a walk through to various rooms. Thought we could grasp maybe re of the palace.
Thanks for your valuable feedback!🤗
