We enjoyed seeing Vienna on bicycle. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable and looked out for our safety. The only down side were the 2 teenagers who I felt endangered our safety a few times by treating it like a race between each other rather than realizing this was a leisurely group activity. Thank you!!

A wonderfully guided tour through the heart of Vienna, led in an exceptionally warm and anecdote-filled manner by Horst, our guide, with insights that you don't get otherwise, on great bicycles that were flawless - it's a shame that it eventually had to come to an end.

A great way to explore the city. Without any rush, very leisurely. Everyone kept up well. There were sufficient breaks.

From the guys isn’t the shop to our guide Natalie, everything was wonderful. We covered a lot of ground to hit the highlights, but each stop Natalie shared in depth knowledge. Bikes were in great are well maintained and they even scrambled to replace a bike with a flat tire lid tour.

The sites that we stopped to see were very interesting. The tour guide was very engaging and helped me to better understand Vienna‘s history. However, I was greatly disappointed that along the way he made many disparaging comments about Russians, eastern Europeans, living in Vienna as well as Arabs and Turks. Being of Arab descent myself, I was appalled to hear him rail against the local Arab population, going so far as to say they don’t assimilate or learn German as they are “primitive” people. He made a point to tell the group that Austria doesn’t have a problem with its Asian community nor its Latino community but, as he said, “can you guess who we do have problems with? The Arabs”. With the world as fractured as it is right now, using the tour as a pulpit to express his personal biases and prejudice feels counterproductive to what these bike tours should be about—that is bringing travelers together to learn and celebrate another country’s culture and history. Making disparaging comments about other ethnic groups who live in Vienna is both unacceptable and hurtful. I will still continue to use viator for travel experiences but I sincerely hope that my concerns are brought to the attention of management at Pedal Power.

It was an excellent tour. The bikes were comfortable and the guide Sebastian was fun and informative. We were in a group of 10 and that worked well. We could all keep up and although hot there was enough shade and a breeze when you cycled. We only went into one building but I didn't think that was the point as it was mainly about the cycling Vienna is flat - so easy peasy.

This is a fun way to see many parts of Vienna. It goes by very quickly. Our guide Sebastian was informative and entertaining. The bikes are comfortable and helmets are provided.

Our bike tour with Pedal Power Vienna was absolutely one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide, Horst, was outstanding. He has a fantastic sense of humor, made great jokes throughout the tour, and kept everyone engaged from beginning to end. He also rode very safely and confidently, always choosing the perfect places to stop while making sure the whole group stayed together. What really made this experience exceptional was Horst's incredible knowledge of Vienna. He shared fascinating historical facts, local stories, and hidden details that we would never have discovered on our own. His passion for the city made every stop interesting and memorable. The KTM bicycles were excellent—high-quality, comfortable, and very well maintained. They made the ride smooth and enjoyable for the entire tour. If you are visiting Vienna, don't miss this tour. It is the perfect combination of history, fun, sightseeing, and exercise. We highly recommend Pedal Power Vienna, and a special thank you to Horst for giving us such an unforgettable experience. We would definitely book this tour again!
