Outstanding information. A little difficult to see, full boat! Fun day out on the water. Perfect weather!!

An unbelievable experience, not only did we get to see a humpback whale but also a pair of Orca brothers. It was breathtaking. We picked this tour because iwas more eco friendly and they are aiding the research into those beautiful creatures. We also had a complimentary photo package as the sightings happened so quickly I couldn't get any decent photos. I now have some photos to remember the day. Thanks to the crew and captain of the Marauder IV. They are very knowledgeable and gave us lots of facts about the whales, orcas, sea lions etc that we saw. A trip well worth taking .

We loved it… amazing guides, so knowledgeable and definitely didn’t rush the experience if anything they were as excited as us!

We had a great day with multiple whale sightings. We also saw sea lions and a sea otter. The team was knowledgeable and friendly. The hot coffee was appreciated since it gets cold on the sea.

This was a must do tour, easy to book with Viator, it was expensive so not sure if it’s cheaper to book directly but well worth it. We had a great crew of captain Jasper, naturalists Aly & Amanda who were well experienced in searching for sightings of whales. We were so lucky to see a pod of Orcas & 2 humpback Whales along with seals and eagles. The bonus was having Amanda with us sharing facts and information about each of the whales, their names and history was fascinating. It was great to be able to ask questions and learn so much about them. Aly showed us some of the photos she had taken that we will have access at no extra charge which was very appreciated, it meant we could just watch and enjoy rather than miss so much. I’m really looking forward to seeing the photos. We were so fortunate to see so many whales on this trip, not every tour is so lucky but I would absolutely recommend this tour for the crews knowledge and dedication to looking after these beautiful animals and sharing their stories.

You do need to wear warm clothes as it’s windy & cold when travelling to the sightings and nice to have warm drinks. We were lucky to see a pod of orcas & 2 humpbacks, not every trip is so lucky. Having two naturalists on board sharing their expertise and stories is well worth the trip even if you do t see any whales.

The staff is very courteous and respectful of the animals. The crew is passionate and generous in sharing their knowledge about whales. Other highlights: Photos taken by a professional photographer and sent to all participants. Student rate regardless of age Hot drinks on board We loved it and we recommend it to everyone!

A really awesome experience! An even better education from a very informed expert naturalist. I had a difficult time finding the meeting place ( office ). We saw a family of 4 orca. I saw 3 swimming in the inner Harbour from my hotel balcony today ! I felt the cost was worth each dollar towards conservation and more education for those enthusiasts. I can hardly wait to see the professional photos. Thank you.

The whole operation was very professional and punctual. The Captain was excellent. They knew the area well and did manage to get us to a spot where there were seals, humpback whales, orcas and porpoises. There was plenty of time to sit back and see the animals over extended periods of time. The guides were helpful although we were on the upper deck and they were on the lower deck mostly. They have a photographer on board and you get a chance to get complimentary pictures from then a week later. We sat up top where you get a better 360 degree view and are sheltered from the wind. Even though we went in the summer and it was a somewhat warm day and gets quick cold over the sea. I'd advise the wear pants, a sweater and a jacket even in the summer.
