Cette visite gastronomique est l'introduction parfaite à la ville, combinant son histoire, sa culture et sa gastronomie dans une expérience unique. Rencontrez votre Guide et votre groupe dans le centre historique et plongez directement dans la vie matinale véronaise. Votre premier arrêt est un café apprécié pour le Petit-déjeuner classique : l'Espresso accompagné de Risino, une pâtisserie traditionnelle que les habitants apprécient depuis des générations. Alors que vous vous promenez dans des rues charmantes, votre Guide partage les histoires derrière les endroits que les habitants aiment. Vous visiterez une Osteria historique pour déguster des boulettes de viande artisanales préparées avec des recettes séculaires, puis vous vous installerez dans une Trattoria accueillante pour la star de la cuisine véronaise : le risotto all'Amarone, infusé avec le précieux vin Valpolicella de la région. Le voyage se poursuit dans un élégant bar à vin, où une dégustation guidée de 3 vins locaux révèle pourquoi la tradition viticole de cette région est célébrée dans le monde entier. Votre dernier arrêt ? Une gelateria artisanale pour la fin douce parfaite de votre matinée.

Suivez votre gourmet local, vivez une expérience unique et, tout comme un vrai local, commencez votre journée de la bonne manière en buvant un authentique espresso italien. C'est ainsi que commence ce voyage culinaire et après une brève promenade près de la majestueuse Arena, vous vous plongerez dans les spécialités locales originales.
Après un début très italien, un apéritif classique vous attend. Vous vous arrêterez dans l'une des "Osterie" les plus traditionnelles de la ville, où vous dégusterez des produits locaux, tels que la Soppressa (un type de salami), le fromage Monte Veronese et les célèbres cicchetti de Vérone.
Découvrez ensuite les arômes et les principales caractéristiques des vins locaux traditionnels, tels que le vin rouge Valpolicella, ou les vins blancs provenant de l'Est de Vérone et du lac de Garde.
La prochaine étape vous mettra l'eau à la bouche: dégustez un plat traditionnel et découvrez quelques traditions culinaires locales avec votre guide expert. Continuez votre visite dans le quartier gastronomique de Vérone, où se trouvent les plus «Osterie» et botteghe

Andrea was an amazing guide with current tips on how to enjoy the old town of Verona as well a brief bits of history that made for a perfect blend of information. The food stops were amazing, all small shops featuring local specialties. I revisited several of them on my own in my additional days in Verona and enjoyed their welcoming hospitality. It was a wonderful first-day introduction to the city for me.

It was very informative (thanks to our guide Romina Origano). She was very authentic, cheerful, and made the trip enjoyable. You can tell she loves the city and the people in it. She was also attentive and kept an eye on everyone's needs. Italy at its best. Bravo! The food and drinks were well chosen and truly delicious!
