This was a great back roads experience. We learned about Vivaldi and the orphanage, the plaques dedicated to the Jewish families that were taken during WWII, architecture and piazzas. What a great experience.

The visit to the Doges museum was fabulous. Though crowded, our tour guide Sylvia moved us through the museum smoothly, imparted a great deal of detailed information and answered our many questions. We would never had this experience on our own or with a group.

This is one item off the bucket list- Venice. Waking up in Venice looking at a fantastic view of the floating City - its Gondola ride, Venice amazing views, a Perfect fuel: pasta, gelato, pizza, pastries, coffee and many more😍. We were welcomed by Matteo our driver (roundtrip pick up airport -port-airport) who had been very attentive and professional. He made us feel so comfortable as we headed to the port for our hotel transfer on roundtrip basis thru a private water taxi very well arranged by Pilar of Tourstravelandmore, thumbs up, you nailed it again and again. We are very happy with the experience. Our guide has been Manuela and we are delighted with her. She has been very professional, excellent knowledge of Venice and its history. He has also made recommendations of everything we have asked for, restaurants etc... We booked this tour weeks ahead of our trip to Milan. This tour operator is well organized. Emails provided details of our trip including tickets for the train from Milan to Venice. We were contacted a day prior to our tour to make sure things were alright. We were warmly greeted by the local guide when we arrived in Venice. She showed us all the places of interest. She answered our questions and was very knowledgeable. We took our time and did not feel rushed. She gave us suggestions on places (including restaurants) to further explore after our walking tour. Also arranged for a visit to Murano. Overall a wonderful experience.
