Overall it was meh. Didn’t really have a tour just t rode around.
Thank you for your feedback. However, we strongly disagree with your assessment of the experience. Our guide is highly experienced and has been conducting this tour with us for a long time. The tour was carried out as planned, and in fact, at the guests’ request, the guide went beyond the standard itinerary, including additional stops such as Venice Lido’s Nicelli Airport and the Venice Film Festival area, where the guests chose to spend extra time near the red carpet. Furthermore, during the tour, our guide personally offered and paid for the guests’ drinks at a traditional local bacaro, even though refreshments are not included in the tour. We have been operating this tour for approximately 10 years and have never received feedback describing it as simply “riding around.” We therefore believe that this review does not accurately reflect the experience provided, nor the effort made by our guide to accommodate the guests’ requests and offer additional experiences beyond the standard itinerary. For these reasons, we respectfully ask you to reconsider this review and, if possible, to review it for removal or non-publication, as we believe it gives a misleading impression of the service provided.
