The big bus service was good, the bus was clean. The app works well. It could use some enchantments for find restaurants near stops. The only issue we had was that they said they would give us a discount for tickets to the Capilano suspension bridge. I checked before I purchased from them and their price was actually higher than the attraction price online and at the gate. Make sure you check the prices before you buy from them.
This was great. The bus takes you around the city and has around 10 stops. Goes to Stanley Park and granville island. We used viator to book. It was quite a bit cheaper using them
We boarded the bus by our hotel, to hear an automated commentary. Then after boarding again at Granville Island, we were treated to a Wonderful experience with Sherry. 100 times better than the Automated Commentary. She gave out way better and timely information. They should have Sherry redo be the voice of the Automated Commentary.
fun hop on hop off. highly recommended. one of our drivera was Sherry ("like the spanish wine") who was wxcellent with plenty of anecdotes and trivia about the city

Had a great experience getting around the city and sites. Our driver, Sherri, was super awesome narrating as we drove, instead of the pre-recorded version.

Even with the World Cup going on, route changes were explicitly stated. Bus was clean and comfortable as well.

Very useful way to get around a city you are not familiar with. Visits all the main points of interest and gives a commentary while you travel.
