Great get around and good stopping spots. When the guide recommends something, double check that it open, before you hop off and walk to it, just to find out it is closed. Rats - it was a great recommendation to Go Fish - but they are closed on Mondays!
We really enjoyed the trolley tour! Our guide was so funny and laid back, with plenty of good info shared along the route. We learned a lot from him. We preferred the trolley over the Big Red Bus tour because it was way more fun!
I started my day with Chris (the driver) and Ryan the guide. Their knowledge of Vancouver was absolutely brilliant. It was such a personal experience, Ryan was able to answer questions that any of the passengers had. It was a real question and answer tour (not headphones and general information). They both interacted with the passengers. Chris stopped several times to give his input at various points of the tour. I got off the tour and later got back on and Grant (driver) and Daniel the guide again their knowledge was excellent, very personal to the passengers and again question and answers. Remember this is very old vehicle, a tradditional trolley bus, so quaint. Over the years I have done many hop on hop off tours (did one in Vancouver before Covid but none of them matched this fanstasic experience. Highly recommend the Trolley Tour
We loved touring through Vancouver in nostalgic atmosphere and listening to the guides infos.
Braeden was our guide. He was awesome. Great visiting Stanley Park especially.
Great way to see the city! The drivers and tour guides were amazing and knowledgeable. Recommend it to anyone.
T was leerly at first but in the end I completely enjoyed it. Meet at Canada Place near the convention center (washroom). Spacious place to met. The staff couldn't be more friendly, helpful and simplified things. They regularly did head counts and waited for those using the washroom. Wonderful relaxing sitting tour in a wooden interior trolley. I wish I knew the names of my driver and tour guides. for a personal shoutout. Driver participated in the narrative. A lot of humour and historical education, sightseeing and actives to do, especially Stanley Park. If one hops off at a stop you simply get back on at the same site. Either stand by the company yellow HO HO sign or wave them down. Given a lot of background material, recommendations, suggestions in a fun humorous never boring manner. I got the 2 day pass. I'm handicap and they were very supportive and helpful at accommodating me. Trolley tours the downtown neighbors and beaches as well. One driver made photo pitstops whichI loved. Go see the Vancouver Aquarium, totem poles, the Pavillon and gardens in Stanley Park and take a horse and wagon ride or rent bicycles. Tour guide gives out restaurant recommendations in Stanley Park and city Downtown.
Great tour guide, and just the right pace. We thought we'd want to 'hop off' and 'hop on' again, but we found it so interesting that we never hopped off! Especially liked the view of Vancouver from across the marina.
Efficient way to see the various neighborhoods of Vancouver. You can learn some history and fun facts along the way. Allows you time to hop off and explore and then board another one coming through the path. Sophie was our guide a couple times and she was fun and knowledgeable as she answered ad hoc questions from the crowd.
We enjoyed our trip around Vancouver with Kenny who kept us informed and entertained with his solid knowledge of the city and history (and humor). Jay did a great job driving and acting as Kenny’s straight man during our ride. We used the “HoHo” tour as a base as we explored the city. Very helpful as we worked our way around the city.
