Une horloge à vapeur en état de marche, l'une des rares au monde, située dans le quartier victorien de Gastown à Vancouver.
Blood Alley Square est adjacent à Trounce Alley, l'une des routes originales de Vancouver. Ses ruelles pavées étroites, ses lampadaires historiques et ses bâtiments en brique confèrent un caractère unique qui ne ressemble à aucun autre endroit de la ville.

Le nom fait référence à l'ancienne monarchie mexicaine honorant l'influence de ses deux parents sur son style culinaire. Alors que sa mère a inspiré notre restaurant sœur Ophelia, la tradition familiale s'est poursuivie ici à Monarca où vous trouverez des plats ludiques et une atmosphère animée inspirée par le père du chef Higareda.
Leur engagement est toujours resté le même – utiliser uniquement des ingrédients naturels, locaux et biologiques. Le menu propose maintenant du levain bio, du chocolat Babka, des pâtisseries, ainsi que des plats chauds comme le Borsch, des petits pains aux choux, des piérogies faites à la main, et bien plus encore

Loved the tour! Bronson was amazing! He made sure we had enough time to enjoy the food and to soak up the views and history of Gastown. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you are a foodie! The highlight for me was the mini cocktail-making session. We combined a surprising mix of ingredients to make a delicious cocktail that felt like Christmas in a glass!

Bronson was able to shepherd our group of 12 to some nice restaurants in the Gastown neighborhood. The food was excellent. Bronson was knowledgeable and able to share stories about the area and the wonderful food. Our group was very international and we were able to chat and connect during our short walks and dining at the different restaurants. We had a great time.

We had a fantastic afternoon walking, eating and drinking our way through Gastown. Nolan, our guide, was very personable, knowledgeable and a fun host. The three spots we went to were all good and very different. Our group of six clicked too, we went out after as a group. I’d highly recommend this tour.
