This worked out great for us. The driver communicated with us as soon as we arrived through what’s app and we were able to quickly get our luggage and meet him. The drive to the hotel was good and the driver was very friendly and helpful through the whole process. I would definitely recommend using this company again.
It worked like clockwork. Although there was a hold up at the airport baggage claim our driver, Kendal, got in touch and waited patiently for us. We got all the assistance we needed, a safe journey, and a polite and friendly driver.
I booked an airport transfer. I received confirmation that the trip was reserved to discover they had no booking today.
We apologies. The team should have notified you that your card was declined hence the car was not dispatched. Indeed, communication was lacking on our side and falls below the high standard levels we set.
The driver was over an hour late. Was not at the location agreed to meet us in arrivals hall. Finally had to borrow a persons phone and call. Finally showed up, but of course my wife was yelling and screaming at me like it was my fault. This is typical though. The driver was a super nice guy, and was just doing his best. Said he tried to call but I do t have my US number in South Africa. So there needs to be a better system.

Not happy at all. Arrived into the arrivals hall and nobody was there to collect us. Waited half an hour after operator told us they cannot reach the tour operator and had to make alternative arrangements costing us a fortune. Not even worth the 1 star.

Driver was waiting for us after we gathered our luggage. Van was spacious enough for the four of us and all our luggage. Driver was pleasant and trip was uneventful, just as you would hope. Will use this service again in a week.
