Après l'enregistrement, vous serez équipé d'un équipement de sécurité, visionnerez une brève vidéo d'orientation et pourrez utiliser les toilettes avant de vous rendre à la zone de rassemblement de la vallée de l'incendie, à environ une heure de route. Des casiers sont disponibles gratuitement pour stocker tout ce que vous ne souhaitez pas perdre dans le désert. La région dans laquelle vous allez parcourir cette tournée a été présentée par de nombreux magazines comme l’une des meilleures régions de conduite hors route aux États-Unis. Pendant la tournée, vous rencontrerez parfois des moutons cornes et d'autres animaux sauvages. La vallée de feu est mondialement connue pour ses belles formations rocheuses et son sable rouge. Toutes les poussettes sont conçues sur mesure pour le terrain accidenté du Nevada et sont équipées de cages, de ceintures de sécurité, de lunettes et de casques pour votre sécurité. Les poussettes sont similaires à votre voiture classique avec un volant, une pédale de frein et une pédale d’essence. Il est de votre responsabilité de conduire le véhicule en toute sécurité. La durée totale de votre visite comprend la prise en charge et le retour à l'hôtel. La durée totale de votre trajet est d'environ 2,5 à 3,5 heures, selon le temps que vous choisissez pour profiter des différents sites de la piste. Au retour de votre aventure, vous déposerez votre équipement de sécurité, récupérerez tout ce qui aurait été rangé dans les casiers gratuits, récupérerez votre t-shirt souvenir et ferez vous ramener à votre point de départ par une navette.

Charlie was the BEST guide! He rocked the entire tour and gave us one amazing adventure! His personality was so fun and the only thing that paralleled his sense of adventure was his focus on safety and making memories! I highly recommend!!!! Mike was the driver that took us to and from the dune buggies and into don’t have him as your driver, you are MISSING OUT! His personality is bold and engaging! Be sure to book with him!!!

An absolute disaster — avoid at all costs! This was hands down one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. Our group of 12 spent thousands of dollars and wasted an entire day for what turned into a complete nightmare. These people are all smiles until they get your payment — after that, you’re on your own. Their vehicles are junk. Out of 6 buggies we rented, 3 broke down during the ride. One had a broken throttle cable, another wouldn’t stop stalling, and a third had a dead battery and a fuel leak — which they knew about and still ignored. We were stuck over and over, wasting time standing around in the heat while their poorly maintained equipment failed. And don’t even get me started on the so-called “tour.” We barely made it to the halfway point before they rushed us back. The return ride lasted under 10 minutes — a joke, especially considering what we were promised. We’ve tried following up since May 11, and their customer service is just as broken as their buggies. You get an auto-reply, but no real response. Emails are ignored, calls get bounced around, and when I finally reached someone who claimed they’d help, they ghosted me too. It’s now almost 6 weeks later — nothing. This place is a scam. They’ll take your money, put your safety at risk, and then disappear. Do not trust them. Do not book with them. It was supposed to be a memorable day for our group, and instead, we were left frustrated, stranded, and completely ripped off.

An absolute must do trip while visiting the Vegas Area! We called to book our trip & from the start we were quite impressed. Shannon was very friendly & informative about the tour types & costs. Our van driver kept in touch with us in regards to pickup times & what to look for. He had such a great sense of humor & talked about things for us non locals to check out off the strip. Cameron was our next shuttle out to the Valley Of Fire. He’s the shop mechanic so normally doesn’t help with the tours, but he did excellent & came in handy when we popped a tire while on the trail. Eric was an amazing guide letting us take our time, switch riders around on the atv, utv, & dune buggy. He also took the time to take group pictures of us all, along with some video of the ride. The views were incredible & almost no other tourists. We would highly recommend this tour!

Our family of 4 had a great experience with Sunbuggy! Eric and Jimmy were very professional, kind and accommodating. Kay was also very informative and made our booking process go smoothly and answered all of my questions. Honestly, we had called a competitor company (Adrenaline) first and they treated me like a criminal for asking to bring my children on a tour and were unbelievably rude. I’m glad for that now though because Sunbuggy was a top notch experience from start to finish. I will recommend them to anyone I know traveling to Vegas. I appreciate how patient the guides were with us traveling with younger children. They even made a point to stay behind so we weren’t left alone during the lunch break hike. They made us feel comfortable, safe and showed us a beautiful and fun tour of the Valley of fire! 💯 💯💯

My husband and I went on the Valley of Fire tour today. Even though it was raining we still had a great time, actually it was probably better since it wasn’t dusty at all!. My husband had fun driving the side by side and I enjoyed the amazing scenery. The Valley of Fire is amazing, like you’re on another planet. Josh, our guide was great. The trip was fun and safe!

We had an adventure!!!! Irock was our tour guide. He was very attentive to my claustrophobic needs and kept us safe! Our 10 year old son really enjoyed. Everyone is very nice. It is very bumpy so if you are okay with that then great otherwise do the ATV’s instead. We went in November so the weather was perfect! I don’t think we would have been able to do in the middle of summer!

Let me start by saying the actual dune-buggying adventure was fun and exhilarating. Our guide, Deimo, was very nice and knowledgeable. HOWEVER, after signing the waivers and getting our gear ready the shuttle driver from SunBuggy (Michael Johnson) did not use a GPS and wound up getting us all lost in the desert for over an hour before he admitted "I don't know where he dropped the pin." After we successfully finding our way to where the dune buggies were, he continued making very odd commentary such as telling us the local flowers were related to "velvet plants:" "...you know, like red velvet?" was an actual quote from this man. After our dune buggy adventure was over he insisted on making 2 seperate bathroom stops with the bus for himself as no one in our group needed to stop. Arriving back at our hotel he crashed the bus into a pillar and tore off the side-mirror. It was QUITE the adventure. If you can stomach the commute provided by SunBuggy we had a lot of fun out there driving the dune buggies... Next time will 100% book with another outlet though, hopefully won't lose over an hour of vacation time to their driver getting lost.

I’ll start out by saying our guide was amazing! We were a group of three with two drivers. We rented one single seater and one double seater. The two seater was awful. The car number was 208. It was bumpy, hard to control and a lot slower than the one seater. Thankfully, I had a chance to drive both. I would have never done it again if I didn’t. Once I was in the one seater, everything seemed right. It was a much smoother ride. The car was much easier to control and went a lot faster. If you get a two seater, DO NOT get the yellow buggy number 208. That buggy is awful! Being out in the sand was awesome. We were right near the Nellis AFB with fighter jets zooming around in the sky! The reason I’m giving the 3 star rating is because I believe the company should not have given us the two seater buggy 208. I believe they all should have known the buggy was probably on its last leg. The buggy should have been tested and deemed unenjoyable for lack of another word. We paid a lot of money for two drivers and a passenger ($1105). Too much to have been given that particular buggy. It is a super cool experience with good shape equipment.

We found out about Sunbuggy on TripAdvisor and wanted to try this when we went on our honeymoon. It was our favorite thing we did on our trip! Josh was our guide and he was super cool and knowledgeable. We felt very safe with him and had so much fun seeing the views!!
