La ville souterraine d'Orvieto est tellement intéressante! Avec ses tunnels sinueux et ses artefacts étrusques, ce circuit vous permet d'explorer 3000 ans d'histoire en suivant les anciens passages, tunnels, escaliers et pièces cachées.
Un puits construit sous le pape Clément VII, qui a cherché refuge ici lors du pillage de Rome. Ce puits de 203 pieds de profondeur présente des escaliers à double spirale pour faciliter l’accès à l’eau. Quelque chose à ne pas manquer lors de votre visite privée

Our guide Gilberto was amazing! He was 10 minutes early to pick us up. He had everything on board. We would need water umbrellas, gum. He was very knowledgeable about the areas made an amazing recommendation for lunch. We were the only foreigners at the restaurant. There were only locals. Car was super comfortable and his driving was perfect. We had such a great experience. We booked him the next day to take us to the port. We can’t recommend him enough definitely book this trip!!

We loved our trip to Civita di Bagnoregio and Orvieto! Our guide, Marco, was outstanding!! He shared interesting information and was very accommodating! I would highly recommend this tour! One detail is that the walk to Civita di Bagnoregio was very challenging for my friends, however, they did make it up that hill!
We had an outstanding full-day tour to Orvieto and Civita di Bagnoregio with Marco as our driver and guide. Marco picked us up right at our hotel in Rome and immediately made us feel welcome. From the start, he set a positive tone for the day—even with light drizzle, he made sure we knew it was going to be a great experience. The drive took about 1 hour and 45 minutes and was very comfortable. Along the way, Marco explained many of the sights we were passing and was happy to answer all of our questions about Italy and our trip, which made the ride both informative and enjoyable. When we arrived at Civita di Bagnoregio, Marco shared the history of the town and prepared us for what we would see, which made the visit even more meaningful. We then continued on to Orvieto, another beautiful town nearby. Marco gave us a wonderful overview of the city, its roots, and its highlights. He even took photos for us in front of the Cathedral, which was a great personal touch. Overall, it was a fantastic day and a very well-run tour. I would highly recommend this experience, and if you can get Marco as your driver and guide, you are in great hands. Thank you, Marco, for your attention to detail and for making the day so memorable!
This tour was definitely the highlight of our trip! Citiva di Bagnoregio was simply enchanting, like stepping back in time. It was a very welcome change from the hustle and bustle of Rome! We all absolutely loved it! Ovierto is so beautiful and the people so friendly. And our driver, Marco, was nothing short of awesome, especially considering we had a 1-yr-old in tow. A native Roman, he was so informative, a wealth of knowledge. He also gave us great tips on where to go, what to do, and even special places to visit. We will definitely be back and will ask for Marco by name.

Marco was a great tour guide and driver throughout our tour of Orvieto and Civita di Bagnoregio. The sites were beautiful and Marco gave us local insight and knowledge throughout the full day. Would recommend to anybody visiting Rome/Italy!

Gilberto and his staff kept us completely informed on when and where to meet him at the start of this tour. We were driven through the glorious countryside and given useful information on the area. When we arrived in Civita di Bagnoregio, the views were completely amazing! We were overwhelmed with its historic beauty as we walked up the bridge to the village and spent an hour exploring at our own pace. Then we were driven to the fairytale village of Orvieto where we toured the Duomo and the museum. Afterwards, we had an incredibly delicious Tuscan lunch with our guide. A perfect end to the perfect day in Tuscany!

Valentino, our driver, was excellent. We went to Civita di Bagnoregio first on our trip. We left hotel at 8 am. and glad we did. We got there before any crowds. Our group was all over 76 years old. This walk is not for the faint of heart. We all made it up to the town and enjoyed the city. Orvieto was next and enjoyed the city. The private tour is the only way to go with a small group of 7 or less.

Simply a top location, stunningly beautiful, a big effort to get there is extremely steep and at 40 degrees you know it. But once you get there it is a stunning town, old and beautiful.
