The entire process was easy from start to finish, and the photographers were warm, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time with. The session never felt rushed or awkward. They knew exactly how to guide us while still keeping everything natural and relaxed. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful and captured memories we'll cherish forever. As an added bonus, we received half the gallery the same evening and the full gallery just days later, which was an incredibly pleasant surprise...and impressive! This was one of the highlights of our Maui vacation, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

They are such phenomenal artists they captured our true spark and they don't overly edit your pictures and lose the true beauty. We had our family's pictures taken with Wailea Photo. I looked at many, many portfolios of different photographers in the Maui area. I'm 100% certain we found the absolute best team. Laurence and Jude made our session so wonderful. We cannot find enough words to say how happy we are with our pictures. Hiring Laurence and Jade from Wailea Photo was the best decision we made for our wedding! This husband-and-wife duo is incredibly warm, fun, and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Our ceremony at Maluaka Beach was pure magic, and they captured the sunset lighting and scenery perfectly. The final photos completely blew us away—they are stunning, vibrant, and filled with real emotion. If you are getting married in Maui, do yourself a favor and hire Laurence and Jade. We can't stop looking at our pictures!

We booked our “Maui Mini Session at sunset in Wailea” for our Babymoon on a Sunday at noon for the next day Monday at 530pm and received our photo gallery by Wednesday of the same week. We got a confirmation email, an email with tips on how to optimize the session, and later a text confirming our appointment and location from our photographer Max. Just like minimauisession.com says, the session costed $299 (+ $10 Hawaii photography permit) for 20 minutes of photography on a beautiful quiet beach, and included all the 250+ images the photographer captured. No added costs/fees/gimmicks! This felt very affordable (compared to our resort that offered a “free” 40minute photography session, but heavily charged you for select photos) and professional. The location was very convenient as we were staying walking distance in Wailea. Communication was clear and prompt. The photographer Max was on time and thorough. Delivery of the gallery was within 48 hours! Initially the gallery had a watermark, but I emailed them and they removed it right away. The gallery is password protected, and you can download right away, the photos do not expire. The photos are beautiful, high quality and we loved so many! I think 20 minutes is perfect, otherwise two introverts tire of the attention. I would use this service again for a future occasion in Wailea!

Had the best photo shoot with Max in beautiful beach sunset background. You won’t go wrong choosing Wailea photo. It’s easy from booking to meeting up posing and getting photos. Very reasonable prints and packages. Max the photographer provided the perfect amount of instruction along with getting the poses and background we wanted. In 40 minutes we did an incredible 4 outfits, two groups and minimum three poses and backgrounds each!!! (Normally that takes 1-2 hrs ) Tip: plan your poses and outfits ahead of time

Lawrence and Judith were exceptional! They reached out to us and secured a time and location where the pictures would turn out the best - and they surely did! They are so easy to talk to, great at helping with poses, very knowledgeable in the nuances of our babymoon photoshoot, were super efficient during rhe shoot, were open to our pose ideas, had amazing background music to set the mood during the shoot, and got us our photos in a timely manner! Best photographers on Maui!

We had the absolute best experience. The pictures turned out even better than I ever imagined, and the attention to detail was unlike anything we’ve experienced before. For years, our family would see the family of photographers photographing other families and admire their work from afar. I would always tell my boys, “One year, we’re going to have them take ours.” This was finally our year, and it was worth every second. I’ve followed their work for a long time and always loved how beautifully their photos turn out, but seeing our own family captured through their lens was something really special. They made the entire session feel natural, fun, and effortless, and the final gallery left us speechless.
