We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, Natalie was very pleasant and the air conditioning on the van was certainly needed as temperatures were above 90 farenheight. The stops were great.
Our guide Nathalie was wonderful! Very informative and friendly and went out of her way to accommodate us. A very low stress and easy way to enjoy three must see stops in Provence, we are so glad we did it. We were 2 families traveling together, 7 people total, so the van was perfect.
Our guide was knowledgeable and personable, the van was well air-conditioned (we were there on a 35°+ day!), the sites were amazing to see and it was easy and educational to be chauffeured from site to site. Excellent!
Ann, our tour guide is excellent- extremely knowledgeable of the regions we visited . We enjoyed the winery although that was first and also a very small portion of the 5 hour tour. The stops in between the winery and point du Gard were interesting however I think the tour could be shorter by skipping the two stops in between. Pont du Gard is a must- see! Again, Ann was incredible and very knowledgeable- I think the tour design is a little longer than needed .
Saw everything we wanted to see in a short amount of time Driver was knowledgable and accommodating.
An excellent tour with a great guide who was extremely knowledgeable about the history and the area. The theatre of Orange was phenomenal - beyond description. The Pont du Gard was similarly brilliant. Anne was an organised and experienced guide who was very considerate of everyone in the group. Highly recommend this tour!
What should have been a trip highlight turned out to be a wasted day. Our guide, though somewhat knowledgeable, rushed us through a so called tasting at Chateau Nuef de pape in record time and it turned out it was the wrong time. Self guided tour of the Roman colosseum in Orange was interesting then off to Pont du Gard where the highlight was described by our guide as the free toilets. Very hot, crowded and not a scenic trip
Sorry you did not enjoy this tour. Obviously, I was joking when I said that the toilet at the Pont du Gard was the highlight of that tour. Most people really enjoy the scenery in between stops. It was a very hot day, yes and I guess that it mostly why you did not enjoy it as much as most people do.
The guide Kesia was very friendly, explained a lot about the history of the region of Orange, Chateauneuf and Pont du Gard
It was a fabulous tour. The history was well-told. Extra questions were answered. The Roman history was truly unbelievable. The architectural feats af the time were fascinating to behold. The 3D tour of the l'Orange amphitheater really had some great insights.
An excellent experience. Anne was a brilliant guide and was very knowledgeable. The theatre was interesting, the wine tasting very nice and the Pont du Gard was just amazing. We both really enjoyed it. I’d pay more to have food at the wine tasting but that’s just personal preference. It was a great trip with plenty of time to do everything so I would recommend it. Especially if you get Anne as your guide!
