Votre aventure commence par un ramassage entre 9h30 et 9h45 à Nassau. La visite commence à Nassau, offrant une expérience Island-hopping qui comprend le déjeuner, des collations, de l'eau, des boissons gazeuses, des bières et même des boissons alcoolisées. A truly disappointing experience. To begin we were text that morning asking to be at the meeting point at 9:30 instead of the original 10 o’clock meeting time. We hurried to get off the ship and meet them there at that time, and the boat did not show up until an hour later. So we baked in the sun for an hour for nothing. This was also with no communication from the captain. We were supposed to be on a tour of 10 people. There ended up being 20. The captain said his boat broke down and he had to borrow one, this boat was in disrepair and filthy. Lunch was a joke. The drinks ran out. There was not enough snorkel gear. The ladder to the boat was broken and a safety concern. The excursion ran two hours past the original scheduled time, therefore we didn’t have any additional time to explore the island. There was no apology from anybody on the boat, or the captain. For the price I paid for this excursion I really expected a great experience, it was anything but that. I did reach out and the captain did refund a portion, and I was told that he would reach back out with additional information/refund, which has never been resolved.

Our regular vessel experienced an unexpected mechanical problem that morning, and rather than cancel the excursion completely, we arranged an alternative vessel so that guests could still enjoy their day. Unfortunately, this caused delays and other challenges, and we fully accept that our communication should have been better. Following the tour, you contacted us directly regarding your concerns. After discussing the situation, we issued you a **50% refund of the amount you paid** in recognition of the issues experienced that day. For that reason, we believe it is misleading to suggest that your complaint or refund concerns were simply ignored or left completely unresolved. We are always willing to accept fair criticism when we fall short, but we also believe reviews should accurately reflect both what occurred and the steps a business took afterward to make things right. We sincerely apologize for the areas where our service did not meet our normal standards. Driver, crew, and captain were all excellent! Communication was very good and the driver arrived on time and did a great job navigating around the traffic! We left on time and had a wonderful time interacting with the pigs. The captain ensured we arrived before it became too busy and the small group was a great way to get lots of pictures and maximize our time there. We also had other snorkeling spots which did not disappoint. We stopped to swim with the sea turtles and were able to interact with the sea turtles. The captain also did an expert job navigating the boat around the weather and had no disruption in the experience. We finished with a great demonstration of conch ceviche!! Great Experience!!

We went to an island where there were 4-5 adult pigs whom we could pet and feed. Then we got to hold a darling piglet and the grandkids swam out to the inflatable slide & trampoline. The snorkeling spots were great, lots of tropical fish (there was someone in the water making sure we were all safe) and then the crew took us to a spot where we could snorkel and see sea turtles. Sandwiches were provided & soda, beer, and spiked punch. That was very special and a great day overall.

I will recommend this excursion to anyone I know coming to the Bahamas. Our captains were really fun and accommodating. Great hospitality! The boat ride was fun, scenery beautiful, snorkeling was perfect for our family, sea turtle detour ❤️, lunch on board and mixed drinks made just for us! Oh and the main event, stopping to see/feed/hold pigs. It was all fabulous and everyone on board had a 1010 day.

The excursion itself (and the onboard crew!) was excellent, and we would highly recommend. The pigs were fun, the reef was beautiful with a ton of fish to see, and there were several sea turtles at the last stop. The provided lunch was great, and the drinks and beer were ice cold! Our issue, however, was the delay getting started. We met up with the staff and boarded the boat right on time, and picked up the next couple a few minutes later. We were supposed to make one more stop to pick up a family of 5 and then get underway, however that family was not there when when we arrived. Our captain called the owner and who told us they were running late and we should wait a few minutes for them. So we sat in the sun in the boat for about 15 minutes until I asked again how long we had to wait, the Captain called back and was told it would be another few minutes. After that time, the other couple called Viator to ask what's going on. Our tickets clearly said be on time or be left behind, no refunds, yet here we were baking in the sun. Viator (you guys!) told him he could get off and get a refund if he liked. On top of that, he would have to arrange transportation back to his hotel, which meant we would have to do the same to get back to our cruise ship. Seriously rude! We were told "they were coming" and since we literally had no other choice, we had to continue to bake in sun waiting. For almost another half hour. Eventually they showed up, and THEY were mad too - Apparently, they were waiting at their own hotel to be picked up to be brought to the boat and it was the tour company who was late picking them up. That's why they were late. Totally unacceptable. And while we WERE able to get the full tour in, when we were done my wife and I needed to immediately return to our cruise ship so we lost all time to explore and shop in Nassau's port shops first. We were told we would be given a partial refund for this, but so far that has not happened. Again, The tour itself and our crew: ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Please don't take anything away from them! But the tour company and their owners/drivers/communication cost it a star. If we don't get our promised partial refund, we will be back to remove some more stars.
