Mangez comme un local et vivez la ville éternelle comme un vrai romain dans cette aventure culinaire et historique unique avec plus de 15 dégustations de mets et vins gastronomiques. Un archéologue romain vous guidera à travers les joyaux cachés de la ville lors d’un « apéritif balade ». Dans les rues étroites de Campo de Fiori, nous commencerons par un apéritif typiquement romain. Après le toast, nous nous plongerons dans le monde de la cuisine de rue romaine, en dégustant une pizza "al taglio" dans une ancienne boulangerie ouverte en 1880 puis un vrai supplì dans l'une des dernières "friggitoria" familiales, où la famille travaille depuis 1860. Ici, nous allons accompagner le supplì avec une bière et une surprise! Nous déménagerons ensuite dans un lieu unique: une boutique traditionnelle où une famille propose du fromage et de la charcuterie produits dans sa ferme juste à côté de Rome. Et évidemment il n’y a pas d’apéritif sans un bon vin ! Nous terminerons notre « apéritif romain ambulant » avec une « touche sucrée » (pas de spoiler !), dans le quartier de la Piazza Navona, l’une des plus belles places de Rome

Mangez comme un habitant, sentez-vous comme un Romain avec nous au cours de cette aventure nocturne unique en découvrant le centre historique de Rome hors des sentiers battus :) Plus de 15 dégustations de mets et vins, toutes "assaisonnées" avec des récits de notre ville, de son histoire et de ses secrets archéologiques. Nous allons devenir amis en buvant l'aperitivo romain typique dans un bar historique appartenant à la même famille depuis 150 ans et je vous guiderai en tant qu'archéologue gastronomique italien, en découvrant des coins cachés et des traces de 2000 ans d'histoire. Dans les rues étroites de Campo de Fiori, nous apercevrons un incroyable Cannolo
nous aurons un accès exclusif à la dernière épicerie familiale traditionnelle de la région, en associant différents fromages et salami à un vin local Nous aurons un aperçu de la cuisine de rue romaine, avec la pizza "al taglio" dans une ancienne boulangerie ouverte en 1880, puis nous nous installerons pour dîner dans un restaurant chaleureux, doté d’une bruschetta traditionnelle et de la meilleure par un chef étoilé Michelin.
Nous terminerons avec un toast d'un limoncello fait maison, créé avec amour et passion et avec un Tiramisù inoubliable sous l'une des plus belles fontaines de Rome: D

We are traveling with another couple and we booked this walking eating tour with Greta. She took us to 4 different small local places for amazing food and drinks. She is an archeologist and history student so she provided us with very interesting information about Rome and Italy as well as the food and drinks. She pointed out meaningful landmarks and architecture. We really enjoyed this experience- would highly recommend!!
We had Gulia (or Gulianna, sorry if I got her name wrong!) who was incredibly friendly and wonderful! Loved that she took us to places we would not have known about as foreigners! Gave a great history and fun facts about the food and the families who ran the places. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome!
This was a well crafted food tour with interesting history along the way as well...Our guide was a well decorated archeologist! We left this tour feeling like we wanted to do a food tour in every city we went to, we can only hope our future guides are as good. Each stop was happy to interact with us as tourists and they were even more thrilled to share their passion for these slightly more niche italian specialties. The Cheese/Meat guy was Fantastic! Make sure you get the pistachio nutella!
Greta was lovely tour guide, so knowledgeable and interesting! Highly recommend taking this tour early in your Roman experience so that you can get a foodie “lay of the land”.
Start your visit to Rome with THIS twilight historical and food tour. A three hour history and gastronomic experience second to none. We learnt such interesting and quirky facts, and tasted food from generational family food stores so ingrained in Roman society they don’t even have the eatery name outside! My advice, book this tour if you are visiting Rome.
This gave a really good understanding of the ingredients in italian cooking and the whole experience of eating the italian way. It was both entertaining and educational at the same time as introducing us to areas of Rome that were new to us. (Probably of less interest to best people beloe age 16.)

On my first night in Rome, I did the Roma Eat Twilight tour, and it got my vacation off to a fabulous start. Our guide was delightful and brimming with enthusiasm for her city. All the food we sampled was amazing, especially the carbonara pasta and the cannoli. After the tour, she sent us a list of dozens of restaurants to try, which I really appreciated!
My first trip to Rome. I am so glad I did this tour. Our guide was so friendly and informative. The stories and information was so addicting to listen to. We had great tasting of so much that Rome and Italy has to offer. What a variety. We visited unique and famous places. We heard background historical stories. So many beautiful sites. The group had good conversations. I went home satisfied with food and drink and talk. A memorable experience!
Thanks to the nice, friendly and superprofessional Chiara we could live a unique experience (pity a little rain ..) of various tastings in the alleys of Rome. Highly recommended!
