Great experience with our tour guide Hannah. She came prepared with snack, drinks and a lot of knowledge. Yes a private tour is much more expensive, but if you can afford it is totally worth it. Thank you for explaining everything to us. Especially Patrick had the time of his life! Regarding the cu chi tunnels. We did Ben Duoc tunnels for a less touristic experience.
My guide Bunny was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the history of Vietnam and very good at placing the experience in context. It’s a long drive to the site, so having a history lesson driving there was very useful. The site itself if challenging if you are tall, or big. Many parts I had to crawl on all fours, so it helps to be flexible and in decent shape
An excellent tour and well worth the trip! Hannah was a wonderful tour guide and gave us loads of great information and took us round the tunnels. A really great experience that we would highly recommend!
Seeing the Cu Chi tunnels on a private tour with Toan was great. The car was very clean and the air conditioning great. Our guide, Toan, was amazing- very friendly and informative! He made the experience really enjoyable. He was accomodating for our timing as well, as we needed to get back to our hotel for a certain time. Highly recommend as it was quiet with not many tourists!
Tiny was our guide and she did a great job. Very knowledgeable and also very amusing. Really interesting tour and so less busy than the other tunnels - really enjoyed our trip.
This was an excellent tour and we would highly recommend it if you want to see the tunnels with no crowds of tourists. The cost of the tour was considerably less than the equivalent tour ( on a coach with30 others to the busier site) offered by our cruise line. Our guide, Tiny, was excellent. And spoke very good English and was extremely informative.
We really enjoyed our visit and tour of the Cu Chi Tunnels with our guide Phu. He spoke good English, imparted a good amount of information and was willing and able to answer questions. Phu is an excellent guide and clearly passionate about his job. The communication prior to the tour was good and the pick up was punctual. The tunnels themselves was the highlight of the tour. On the way we visited a craft factory that employs victims of Agent Orange, which was interesting and there was no pressure to buy. We could have done without the visit to the gun range, but this was something some of our tour group wanted to do. The restaurant for lunch on the way back was reasonably priced and the food was excellent. We never felt rushed, but the multiple stops and traffic meant the tour ended up being about 8.5hrs from pick up to drop off. Fortunately our mini bus was very comfortable and well air conditioned. It would be ideal if you could choose a trip option that excluded the gun range.
Our guide Kevin was good, had good spoken English, had thorough knowledge of Vietnamese history. Tour was perfect in a small group of 7. He was patient and always willing to assist. He even organised for some local products to be delivered to our door step a few days after we returned to Saigon city exactly as we had requested. Well done Kevin. We love you.
This was a great day out - we packed in so many activities and Kevin, our guide was fun and knowledgeable - this was great value and I would highly recommend
It was an unforgettable day in Vietnam and we couldn't have asked for a better guide Kevin.Everything from the start to finish was well-organised. We were picked up from our hotel at 7.30 a.m and returned few minutes after 6:00 p.m. Kevin is an excellent tour guide, really polite, engaging, knowledge and happy to answer for our all questions. He telling us lots of the history of the country and vietnam war.We were able to learned more about Vietnamese culture, tried local food and saw much more about living in that beautiful countryside. We highly recommend this tour and our guide. Thank you Kevin for that great day with you and fantastic experience.
