Tubing, déjeuner et shopping au départ d'Ocho Rios

I could have never asked for a better experience. Suzette took care of us like family! A Wonderful time was had. Tubing was at Whitewater River Calypso with tour guide Dwight who took great care of us! Suzette took pictures and videos for us. We visited several shops to satisfy our need for shopping to bring home trinkets for loved ones. Stopped for lunch at a beachfront restaurant that had a breathtaking view but unfortunately horrible service. Suzette made sure to express her dissatisfaction and disappointment to the management of the establishment as her priority was to make sure We, her guests received top notch service and were satisfied. I broke a nail on my flight, and had been in pain... until Auntie (a term of endearment used to refer to women not necessarily related but to show love and respect in our cultures) took me to her personal nail tech who took care of me free of charge! This was an awesome experience and would highly recommend!!!!

Our guide made our experience very personal. She made sure we were taken care of and satisfied. Tubing was done at Calypso at Whitewater River and our guide Dwight was amazing.He made sure we were comfortable and not afraid. Suzette took us to a restaurant that she visited with another client that overlooked the ocean! It was a breathtaking view! How ever the service at said restaurant was subpar. She made sure to express her displeasure and advise them taking care of her clients and making sure guests are happy is top priority. I am so grateful She had our backs. We went to several shops. Our first stop was ultimately the best! A small locally owned shop! We love to support our people, therefore that stop was most rewarding! Last but not least on my flight over, i broke a nail!!!! I'm a "tourist"!!! Don't have a clue where to get it fixed! My girl took me to her personal nail tech, who took care of me, no charge!!! Thank you for making our first trip off the resort so remarkable!

Absolutely AMAZING tour, Suzette and Warren were just the loveliest people! The tubing was so much fun( just the right amount of adrenaline and relaxation combined. We got to try proper jerk chicken for the first time midway down the river too! We've been on several excursions during our honeymoon and this was by far thee BEST! So reasonably priced too! Unlike many others...The tubing and rope swings were fantastic and Ricky was so lovely and guided us down the river, he showed us all sorts of wonderful things along the way. It was breathtakingly beautiful and you could stop for a beer and a swim, way way less high pressure sales along the route, which was so refreshing! And then Suzette bless her even took me and my husband to The blue Hole after, as we said we were sad we hadn't got time to see it. This lovely lady went above and beyond. Immaculate customer service and a beautiful air-conditioned branded van. You really couldn't ask for more! Thank you so so so much 🥰💕🥰 I will recommend you to everyone!
