Suivez un expert passionné de la truffe dans une Chasse à la truffe passionnante et instructive entourée par les bois verts de l'Ombrie!

À environ 10 minutes en voiture d'Assise, vous pouvez faire cette expérience spéciale. Notre chasseur de truffes vous montrera comment trouver des truffes en vous promenant dans les bois, comment les utiliser au mieux, en vous offrant tous les secrets, et en plus comment les cuisiner et les déguster. Il commencera le matin à la cave. De là, avec un chasseur de truffes, nous profiterons d'une promenade dans un bois avec des chiens dressés chassant le soi-disant diamant noir de l'Ombrie, la truffe. Vous passerez la matinée à découvrir cet art ancien et typique de l'Ombrie, puis nous retournerons à la cave pour déguster ce précieux ingrédient dans différents plats traditionnels associés à des vins biologiques. Veuillez noter: nous marchons à la campagne, vous avez donc besoin de chaussures adaptées (les coureurs sont ok). Veuillez nous informer si vous ne pouvez pas marcher sur un terrain accidenté, nous marcherons pendant environ 1h - 1h30 dans le bois, ou si vous avez des besoins alimentaires particuliers (par exemple végétarien, allergies ...) Si nous avons du mauvais temps, nous vous contacterons pour vous assurer que vous êtes toujours prêt à le faire!

This was an absolutely wonderful and unique experience, everything about it was top tier! We loved following the dogs through the woods and watching in amazement as they found the truffles, and our guides were so friendly and made the whole day so fun! The meal afterwards was an incredible home-cooked meal, with every course somehow being better than the last! We left with some of their homemade balsamic, and wished we had more room in our suitcase to leave with wine as well!

Even in the rain the truffle hunt was delightful. The guides were knowledgeable and pup Dodo was as skilled as he was adorable. Bring your appetite! The lunch with wine pairings did not disappoint. Everything was delicious and you felt like you were being served by family.

Absolutely great experience! Loved seeing a truffle hunting dog in action, and the wine and food pairing was delicious! Highly recommend for a beautiful day in Umbria!
We had an absolutely fantastic day! The Tili’s treated us like part of their family. Dado the truffle hunting dog made the day extra special. We never had so many truffles in our lives. The food and wine were perfection and the views stunning!
This was easily our favorite meal of the trip. We loved the truffle hunt--it was so fun and joyful--but the real treat was the lunch and wine that followed. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and they planned the meal so thoughtfully around me. It was spectacular. The food was fresh, unique and delicious--loaded with fresh truffles. And the view was stunning. The wine is special. And the family was so very kind. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. It is casual and informative and delicious. Highly recommend!
Fabulous experience! Beautiful dogs and ladies led our tour. The country side was was lovely. The lunch was very delicious and included the truffles the dogs located and wine produced at the farm. I especially enjoyed the eggplant parm prepared by Mama. Met a sweet couple from Calgary on their honeymoon. Very nice visiting with them. Highlight of our trip!
Laura and her family made this day wonderful. Her dog Dado is so smart and found truffles for the delicious lunch and wine we enjoyed after the hunt. The view at lunch was beautiful and made for a fun, informative and delicious time.
