Nick and Nikki were great guides - they were enthusiastic and chatted with everyone on the tour. They kept things moving. The ziplines were fun and exciting for both the adult and teen on the trip. It is a great non-beach idea when on island. I live here and always suggest it to friends when visiting.

Sharon, Nae, Francis, and Adam were great guides, fun, and professional. We had people in different groups and had similar positive experiences. Beautiful views are part of this excursion. Safety first and one person in our party is normally afraid of heights but everything worked out and had fun. It does take time to complete the course, but it is paced for safety, staying ahead and behind other groups, and gives you a chance to see the sights. Great first zip line. I think this is a good excursion for families and couples. Facilities are clean and updated, including on the course. Yes, clean bathroom and gift shop on site. Small backpack is fine. If you are an adrenaline junkie or have done lots of on other zip lining you may not view it as extreme. I think our bus ride up the mountain to the location by taxi felt more dangerous… and probably was. That is not a ding on the excursion, which I recommend, but just for your consideration if you are in that smaller group of outdoor extreme sport enthusiasts. Try and book early so you can enjoy the port in the afternoon.

Brought our family of 6 (ages ranging from 11 to 50) and we all had an amazing time. Our guides, Sharon and Adam, or SHADAM!!, were the best. Super fun, informative, made everyone very comfortable. The views were amazing, the six separate ziplines were each a blast. Would definitely recommend.
