Very reliable and prompt service. Utilized this service to go from airport to air bnb and again from air bnb to cruise to port. We are a family of six with lots of luggage. The large van made transporting very quick and easy. We were greeted in the airport with a sign. Highly recommend this service!

We booked Puerto Rico shuttle service from the airport to the port. They met us at the baggage claim area and were professional and efficient with getting us to the port. Vehicle was clean and driver was helpful with our luggage. Reasonable prices and reliable. We booked them again for our return to the airport. I would highly recommend them.

Ordered what I thought was a SUV but was really just a van. Also ordered drinks for the trip. No drinks were given or ice chest on board. But driver was friendly
The rate was very reasonable. They were on time and the vehicle was the right size for our group and its luggage.
We used the shuttle service twice; first from the airport to our Condado hotel, and from the hotel to the Pan American Cruise Pier. Our group was 6 adults and 4 kids. Lots of bags! Our drivers were friendly, bilingual, and patient with our large crew. Fantastic experience!
The vehicle shown in the add is not type of vehicle that actually picks you up. This is regular taxi.
Carmen was very friendly and very pleasant she was on time and very knowledgeable of the city as she took us to our hotel
