Just an excellent experience! The whole process was seamless from booking to the communication to the actual transportation. The vehicle was lovely, the driver was friendly, chatty, but not too chatty and shared some great recommendations with us. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Our flight was delayed by 4 hours and they were there to pick us up with no issues. We walked out of the airport and directly into the SUV. Communication was excellent. We ended booking them on the way back to the airport with no problems.

Pros: Easy to find the driver, he was friendly, the ride was safe, and he shared some area history during the drive. The disappointment was that we booked this because it included a grocery store stop, and we indicated during booking that we wanted to use it. The driver never stopped or mentioned it, which was disappointing since that was one of the main reasons we chose this company. There was also just one water and one beer available in the vehicle. Not a big deal for two people, but if you have a larger group, you may not get what you expect. Not a huge complaint, but our luxury hotel offered a private airport transfer for about the same price. Given that, I expected a little more and would probably just book through the hotel next time.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. After carefully reviewing our records, we believe there may be some confusion regarding the service provider. We ask for every traveler's name when confirming reservations, and after reviewing all of our bookings, we have no record of a traveler named "Reggie S." using our service. Regarding the complimentary grocery stop, our listing clearly states that this service must be requested at least 24 hours in advance in order to accommodate scheduling for our private luxury transportation. We consistently honor all eligible grocery stop requests, and these requests are documented through the Viator messaging system. The only reservation during that period involving two travelers with concerns was related to a misunderstanding about the booking itself. The guests believed they had reserved round-trip transportation, when their reservation was for a one-way transfer, as clearly stated in both the listing and our confirmation messages. We take pride in providing reliable, professional service and always strive to communicate reservation details clearly. If this review was intended for our company, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss the reservation directly.
I would definitely hire this company again! Cabo Mike was very responsive before and throughout our stay. He provided tips and things to do while in Cabo. His drivers were friendly and spoke fairly good English. The Sunurban was clean and well appointed. You will not be disappointed!!

Cabo Mike’s Luxury Shuttle Service was amazing. From the minute I booked, Cabo Mike communicated within minutes to leave clear instructions on where and how to meet his driver. Upon arriving Cabo airport, his driver was already waiting outside just as he indicated. There were three of us in the group, the driver greeted each of us warmly, taking time to learn our names. He also had ice cold water bottles and beers ready for us. It was a 40 minute drive to our resort. Along the way the driver gave us great conversation and showed us many local sceneries. All in all, a great service.

Cabo Mike was fantastic! Was sure to have beers and champagne as requested waiting for us on ice and plenty of sodas and cold waters for the kids. Super easy to find, he sent a picture of the sign before hand. We travel a lot and that made a big difference knowing what to look for especially in the hustle and bustle when leaving the airport. Got us to the hotel in time and using the same service to get back tomorrow. Highly recommend, we will definitely use this service again.
