Le jour de son transport, son chauffeur assigné l'attendra à la PORTE DE SORTIE DE L'AÉROPORT, avec une pancarte de bienvenue au nom de sa RÉSERVATION. de plus, la plupart du temps, quelques minutes avant leur transport, le conducteur leur envoie un message texte au numéro que vous avez joint à votre réservation, en saluant et en se présentant. ensuite, ils se dirigeront vers le véhicule et leur remettront les commodités incluses dans leur transport (eau et bière) si je réserve votre voyage ALLER-RETOUR, le conducteur s'accordera avec votre horaire de retour en cas de nécessiter un CARSEAT, veuillez indiquer la quantité nécessaire dans la zone des EXIGENCES SPÉCIALES salutations, à bientôt

The experience was amazing for arrival and departure. The team was proactive in communications and I didnt feel like I was constantly chasing them down. They were on time both times and very attentive to our needs.
We booked directly with Only Rivera through WhatsApp for our trip 3/2-3/9. They were quick to respond and very friendly. We were getting rides from hotels to hotels and both Alan and Enrique were communicative a couple hours before pickup and made it clear where they would meet us and when. Both drivers were right on time and the travel time was as quoted. Had zero issues and since we moved around a lot during the stay, it was great to know they had us taken care of! Would highly recommend.
This was a great car service. Both Omar and Orlando were friendly and great about communicating with us. The vehicles were clean and comfortable.

Our experience with Only Riviera Group was EXCEPTIONAL! A++++. We were a party of 5 with two small kids and they made us feel like royalty from the moment we arrived! The two carseats were there as requested but so were cold drinks! Enrique gave us the VERY best first impression for our holiday. We cannot say enough about how professional and friendly both Enrique and our return driver (my apologies as I don't remember his name but he was equally outstanding) were. I would highly recommend this company to get you to and from your resort. Simply unbeatable! Thanks to our travel agent for recommending them. We will definitely use them again next year!
Both of our drivers to and from the airport/hotel were very responsive. They were early and patient with us. It was a huge relief to know they were lined up in advance, because you get bombarded by drivers for hire outside airport security. I’m really grateful we planned this! My only issue was that I mistakenly booked the initial service to Puerto Vallarta and it is further to Punta de Mita so it cost nearly twice that. I would be aware of where you’re headed. I clearly had to rebook (no extra fees) for the right destination, which I understand now that we’ve been there and seen the distance.
Our driver Orlando was very nice and drove very steadily to Punta Mita while we had our newborn in our lap. We appreciated the cold bottled waters as soon as we got onto the vehicle. However due to local traffic, we were waiting for 30min at the airport with a slightly cranky baby. Additionally, there seemed to have been a disconnect on the admin side and they did not end up including a car seat in our reservation even though I repeatedly asked for one via the Tripadvisor chat system.
Javier was waiting for us right outside the airport doors with a clear sign. He got us right to our hotel.
Our driver was very pleasant and courteous. He was at the gate patiently waiting for us when we came out even when we had a delay in our arrival time. Ice cold beer was readily available to start our vacation right :). Will definitely do this again.
Booked round trip transfers to and from Punta Mita and had a great experience. Drivers were friendly, on time and communicative. Vehicles were nice and clean.
