Our ride was ready for us upon arrival! The suburban was cooled and very comfortable. Our driver was friendly but not too chatty.

We needed a one way private transport from our hotel on the corridor to the cabo airport. the driver was on time, respectful and drove with safety.
Thats right, you guys always get an email explaining the pick up location and time to pick you up a day before so you have enough time to change the time or even cancel and get full refund.
Terrible customer service and lack of compassion from this operator. No communication about their pick-up policies. After informing him that we had a toddler, baby and luggages, he didn't explain or give a reason why we had to walk 2km to be picked up from our hotel/resort. And when I complained, he solely went ahead without confirmation to cancel the booking, by providing a partial refund and retaining money for no service.
Compassion?!?! We have rules and estandards like the rest of companies in the world if for your hotel we have a pick up location it is not about less or more compassion. We told you days before about the pick up location but you guys did not care, you said only we wont walk so we wish could get in to any hotel but hotels in special this 3 star hotel has ridiculous rules, you did not care about it. So if you dont want to take the hotel bus to the entrance and from there just walk a few steps but no the king of monaco wants everything cheap and handĺy. How do you guys survive in the longe airports walking distance!!! No service?!?! I was there on time to pick you up at the time that you requested where is your compassion about my punctuality?! Stop the drama and follow the rules!!

Great ride Driver was pleasant and friendly. Took the highway to the airport and was a quicker and better experience than the surface roads thru San Jose. Would reccommend him to anyone.
