Bit of confusion with the pickup in Tangier and spent about 30 mins trying to locate our driver. Be sure to confirm exact pickup location which is outside the taxi stand and main gate. Driver was friendly and very accommodating willing to make stops you want. The recommendation for lunch in Tangier was OK and you may want to research your own. Lunch was most likely one of those prearranged transport/ restaurant deals which don't always work. While the driver spoke some English he never progressed to being a guide. In Chefchaoen the road to the hotel was out but only told when we arrived despite the road collapse occurring over five weeks ago. Overall 3.5, not bad or unsafe transport, but plenty of areas for improvement.

I originally hired Hassan to drive us from Tangier to Chefchaouen, and from the very beginning, he exceeded every expectation. Communication was excellent. Before we met, he sent me a photo of himself, and I sent him one of me, making it incredibly easy to find each other. He speaks an impressive number of languages—English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Berber, Dutch, and I’m sure there are a few more! That made communication effortless throughout our trip. Hassan is an exceptional driver. I always felt completely safe, and every ride was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. As I got to know him, I decided to extend our time together and hired him as our private driver for a road trip through Morocco for my daughter and me. It ended up being one of the best decisions we made. He did so much more than drive us from place to place. Since I don’t speak Arabic, he helped coordinate everything—from communicating with Airbnb hosts and helping us check in, to translating, making arrangements, and ensuring everything went smoothly. Having him with us made traveling so much easier and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy the experience. Hassan is trustworthy, kind, professional, patient, and genuinely cares about the people he works with. By the end of our trip, he felt more like family than just a driver. He was always punctual, knowledgeable about the local area, happy to answer questions, and shared recommendations that made our trip even more special. If you’re visiting Morocco and need transportation, don’t hesitate to book Hassan. He is reliable, honest, and goes above and beyond in every way. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Hassan was an outstanding driver: great communication, timely, very accomodating, and safe. He is a masterful driver negotiating the hills, curves, wind, and traffic with ease -- and smoothly with a manual shift. He got us to our destinations in great time. If there is such a thing as being too nice and helpful, this is how I would describe how Hassan operates. He communicated clearly and early to meet us in Tangier. We were dropping our largest bag at a nearby hotel and he made sure we could get there with no problems. He offered to stop to eat since it was lunch time. He found a beautiful vista and clean toilets to stop in the way. He answered all our questions and shared about his life, Eid al Adha traffic in Tetouan, and local city information. He offered to let us play our music, but I wanted to hear Arabic music. He even carried our bags through Chefchoauen so we could focus on walking carefully through town. Tips: Ask for any stops or driven tours along the way for additional great experiences.

We had some really nice trips with Haze. He picked us up from the Airport in Tanger, drove us to Chaouen and vice versa. We had lots of fun, excellent bus and driving ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We also booked him for a tour around Tanger. He brought us to the best places and waited while we checked them out. Would recommend everyone to book trips with this company!
