Transport : de l'aéroport de Querétaro à San Miguel de Allende

Booked the airport transfer from Queretero Airport to San Miguel de Allende. My flight arrived very early but Luis still arrived punctually with a sign with my name on. The transfer vehicle is a comfortable minivan and Luis is a safe, professional and friendly driver. Totally recommended. Handy hint, the phone number in the "contact your activity provider" section of your booking is Luis's WhatsApp number - recommend making contact a day or so before so you can share updates on the day.

Luis watched our flight Information with United and picked us up from the airport even after we were delayed 3 times. We arrived 7 hours later than planned and yet there he was waiting for us at the airport with a smile on his face and warm greeting for us. He gave us lots of great history on the way to our destination, He communicated with us through out the day and through all the delays. Thank you for being there for us providing a great service.

Driver was at the airport when I landed and even waited with me for my friend who was coming to the airport by bus. The driver was very accommodating and even had refreshments in a cooler. 10 out of 10 experience!

Incredibly easy - Luis was my driver and was waiting for me as soon as I left baggage claim. Helped me load my bags and off we went! Luis was AMAZING - told me about local markets and some of the history of the area and he had bottles of water waiting for me in the van. He’s an incredible employee!

Could not have been a more pleasant experience! It’s a decent length drive to SMdA; Luis and his vehicle were comfortable and safe, complete with water and cool A/C. I booked far in advance and was a little nervous (because I’m an over communicator) as his response was delayed, but not overly so… so a heads up if you’re like me, don’t worry, he will be there! :) Even booked a return trip with him which was just as delightful. And bonus.. Luis is so passionate about the history of the area and was able to recommend some must-do’s while were there.

Our driver, Luis, was exceptional. Very punctual, safe and courteous. He went above and beyond to explain sites along the way and answer our numerous questions about life in the area. Muy excellente!
