Remarque : En raison de la forte affluence les samedis et dimanches, le point de dépose sera exclusivement à l'auberge Bloom Hostel pour les départs d'Antigua vers Panajachel (12 h 30 et 16 h 00) et pour les retours de Panajachel vers Antigua (9 h 00 et 12 h 00). Nous vous remercions de votre compréhension, car il ne sera pas possible de faire des arrêts à d'autres endroits pendant ces périodes.

No issues, standard and trustworthy
They specified the driver could be a few minutes early and up to 40 mins late which I appreciated. This is obviously due to picking up multiple people at multiple spots, but other companies on my trip did not let me know, and sometimes id be waiting 40 mins or more with no contact from them, so I liked that from this company. We booked for 5:30 i think and they were there at 5:40, they were easy to reach out and communicated with, and the drive went smoothly. I'd book again

Not worth it
-45min late for pickup
-went long way around, adding 30km and over an hour of drive time for no reason
-stopped at a gas station for 20min for driver to eat
Very packed car. Worth just getting a private driver who knows what they're doing

Great option for transport
The communication overall was good, they at the last minute 2:30am messaged to say pick up was 30 min earlier than originally stated at 5:30 am but it was because of potential road blocks that they thought could happen. Our driver did a great job trying to get everyone on the shuttle asap and got us safely to our destination.
We waited a long time for a group during pick up which ended up almost negating the early pick up time, which the family stated that they had a later pick up time which if true means there was a miscommunication but overall it was cheap comfortable and worked out great!

The driver was friendly...
The driver was friendly and the bus had comfortable seating. There were six I us and the driver took care of our bags. He got us to our destination on time.
