We received excellent services from both the 24/7 operator and our driver Lkhagvaa. Our flight from Tokyo was supposed to get in Ulaanbaatar around 9pm, but was diverted to Beijing due to weather/mechanical issue, stuck there for over 4 hours and eventually arrived at Ulaanbaatar at 4:20am. Super long and exhausting trip for us and two kids, but the operator was very helpful with communications throughout the time and the driver stayed at the airport whole night waiting for us, to which we were very impressed and grateful. We are going to book the same service from this company again for returning to the airport, and will definitely recommend them to anyone we know who will visit Ulaanbaatar in the future.

This experience was really great, The drivers in this company is very friendly and outgoing. The admission fees are very generous, its cost effective and you could ask the drivers about anything then they would guide you. Length of visit is very flexible and You get to your destination pretty fast. And the atmosphere inside the car is very sleek and comfortable. This service is very safe and best for going around the city and countryside. The service i got from them while going to school has been a very great experience, and you bond with the drivers as you keep going with them.

I would like to mention one thing regarding these vehicle services. According to Mongolia’s traffic regulations, vehicles are supposed to have the steering wheel on the left side. However, many right-hand drive vehicles imported second-hand from Japan are still being used in public service. I would recommend that you choose vehicles that meet proper safety standards.
