The transfer from hanoi to halong bay was smooth and very well organized. The vehicle was comfortable and clean. The driver was very caring, to make sure the journey is enjoyable. Highly recommended.
Not great – driver was pretty grumpy and unhelpful. Not to mention, the car was tiny – very much not the model in the pictures. Despite knowing we were a group of five travelling between hotels, the car was small with no boot space for suitcases. We (along with a random guy watching nearby) had to handhold the driver through squeezing the bags into the car.
Dear, We are sorry to hear this. However, we think you alrealy knew in advance that you would not fit the car because you 5 people plus 7 check-in suitcases will be exceed the vehice capacity. You should have booked a van instead of a car (you chose the cheaper option, a car). It was very unfair that you asked us to upgrade to a van but no extra payment (at the moment you met our driver). You threaten us to give a free upgrade or you would leave a bad review. It was totally unacceptable and unfair. We would rather get your bad review than obey an unfair request. We hope you should not do it again.
Bad experience! Smaller car than promised. Driver was watching something on mobile while driving. Driver could barely speak any English and behaved quite rudely.
This was a simple transfer from the cruise terminal port in Halong Bay to a hotel in Hanoi. The transfer went very smoothly. The operator confirmed the day before via WhatsApp. The driver was right on time. The trip to the hotel was very smooth. This was an excellent want to transfer from the cruise port to downtown.

Nice car, but I was expecting van with more comfortable seats🫣 and I believe it would be beneficial to send the driver on a course on how to drive more smoothly ☺️ to much unpin speed and break down. 130 and down to 100 and up again🙈
Dear, Thank you for using our service. There are options for stand services (sedan/MPV/SUV) and luxury service (Limousine van). You chose the standard service (MPV/SUV), not luxury service. Therefore you had what you paid. Obviously, you could not expect a van with more comfortable seats with the cheap option. Thank you!
The driver arrived 30 minutes after the scheduled time when we finally got the hotel to call him. He said he had to take a 20-minute stop to use the toilet and eat, he happened to stop at a place where disabled people made art for sale. Not saying it was a scam, but it was very classic scam scenario. We were persecuted in the store and felt pressured to buy something, after that we went up to the store where everything was overpriced. We ended up being about 90 minutes behind the form. There are cheaper and better options.
