Both Anthony and Zahra were amazing to work with. They made the whole process so easy and enjoyable! Anthony was great at communicating before and during the transfer. Zahra was our driver and she was so much fun and made the drive great!

I recently booked London Minicab for a day trip from my London hotel out to Windsor Castle and back, and I was absolutely blown away. Their communication was spot-on every step of the way, so I always knew what to expect. Our driver, Ilio, was not only super friendly, he felt more like a travel buddy than someone we were paying. He waited patiently while we explored Windsor Castle and then brought us back to our hotel in London without a hitch. From start to finish, it was smooth, convenient, and just plain awesome. I’ll definitely use London Minicab again next time I’m in town!

London Minicab provided excellent service. Their communication from start to finish was the best! We had Ali as our driver. Ali tailored our tour to my 11-year-old son who is a huge football fan. He made us feel more like friends than a paid service. My son was sad when he learned that we wouldn't be seeing Ali again while in London. I would 100% use London Minicab in the future.

Our experience with Anthony and his staff was absolutely amazing!! We used their services thought out our 12 day visit to London and Manchester which was flawless. They provided exemplary service throughout our whole trip and always had an open line of communication. We used London Minicab service to pick us up from the airport, take us to a concert and pick us back up, drive to and from Windsor as well as picked us in Manchester and take us back to Heathrow (3.5 hour drive). His drivers were always very friendly, courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend London Minicab to anyone who is looking for a transfer or driver services in London and the surrounding areas. Anthony truly took the stress out of our transportation needs. I will definitely use their services on our next trip to the UK.

We contacted London Minicab Service for transfer into London from Heathrow Airport, to and from Windsor, and also to St Pancras station. The service on all 3 occasions was impeccable. Anthony was so easy to work with, and we were fortunate enough to have Nestor drive us on all occasions. Nestor promptly collected us inside the terminal at LHR when we were through customs and drove us to our flat. The next day, he took us to Windsor and back, offering lots of information along the way. When our stay in London was coming to a close, he transferred us to St Pancras Station. We really enjoyed his company. I highly recommend London Minicab Service for friendly, professional service when in London.
I appreciated their Service a lot, and I would especially thank M Vijayan Thanacoody, who is a very polite, efficient, punctual driver, patient with the kids and who gives a lot of very useful information for tourists. I particularly appreciated the offer of a driver who spoke French. Exchanges with the Enterprise are clear, simple and Mr Delicata is extremely responsive. It's a little more expensive than public transport, but with children in particular, it's a lot less fatigue and stress.
This is my second visit to London this year and I used the London Minicab Service for several trips; Windsor to London and London/Heathrow round trip. The service provided by owner, Anthony Delicata, is beyond superior. He gets back to you in a timely manner and provides you with everything you need to make your trip easy. I requested Nestor to be my driver and he is punctual, courteous and very well mannered. For my Windsor to London trip, Anthony was up front with me that he would not have the most competitive price compared to car services in Windsor. For me, it's not always about price - service and reliability are way more important. Anthony is a top-notch guy; you will not be disappointed with the service his company provides!
