Outstanding professional prompt service from the moment I began my booking with Anthony, the Director of London Minicab Service. As two sisters in law traveling alone, I was concerned with long trip from Heathrow to Southampton and return after cruise to London for an overnight, then back to airport for return flight to USA. I had nothing to be concerned about! Anthony made every segment of my trip detailed and verified before departure to London, and on travel day kept in constant communication should I need him. Just returned from a cruise vacation and needed private round trip transportation for 6 people from Heathrow Airport to Southampton cruise port. He arranged for us to have the same driver for both legs of the journey, he communicated with me promptly via email, and it was evident that he aims to ensure his customers are 100% satisfied. The vehicle was comfortable and clean and Nestor, our driver, was delightful and reliable. We even made a stopover in Windsor on our way back to Heathrow for a nominal cost. I cannot say enough great things about our private transfer. Anthony did an outstanding job communicating with us and giving us an update on our service. He kept us well informed on both of our transfer, with pictures of our driver, meeting location, and car type. Considering this was the end of our trip, I did not have to worry about a thing!
