My driver did not show up and I was unable to get in touch with anyone. I had to take a taxi instead.
Great service to use. If you don’t know the area or what taxi service is like, this gives you comfort that on arrival there will be someone to meet you.

The company that was supposed to pick us up at the airport change drivers at the last minute and he was late. We waited for over an hour for him. And then he was like a rabbit going through the airport to the parking garage upper ramp to the second floor. It would’ve been nice to have a picture a name of the person that was supposed to pick us up. I don’t blame Viator but the tour company that picked us up but viato arrange them.

Our driver was very friendly and helpful. He drove us to the hotel safely and pretty quickly as well.
Picking up from the airport was easy. Our driver was where the said they will be. Comfortable ride and knowledgeable driver.
