on time, personable driver, would definitely book again.
Came to the pick up point a bit earlier than expected which was great because we were also ready early. Driver loaded and unloaded our luggage and brought our bigger bags to the car for us. Quick and easy trip from the cruise port to the airport. It’s more expensive than a traditional cab but it’s very nice having a private transfer and not relying on cab availability especially when on a schedule. I would use this service again if I had the need for it!
After some initial communication difficulties due to poor mobile/internet connections outside the MSC Cruise Terminal, Taxi Barcelona got us to the airport calmly and safely.
This was a pickup outside a rediculously busy cruise ship. I give the driver sooooo much credit in hanging in there and finally finding us. My only suggestion is that they tighten up the process in terms of finding each other….meet at certain spot, drop a pin, hold up a bigger sign. All good in the end and thank you again.
Our driver was on time, courteous and friendly. Called me to let us know where he was and it was a short walk to meet him and nice trip to the airport. Many others getting off the cruise were standing in very long lines and preordering a driver instead of trying to get my elderly mother to stand for over an hour and up steep bus steps was the best choice for us and I am glad we did it.
This was very easy and reasonable. The driver was on time. He was friendly and called to let us know he arrived. I had to change the pick up address and it was no problem.
Viator has a good on line booking system, routinely follow up, and the local vendor they use in Barcelona was very good. We had five in our group with luggage. They were priced reasonably, provided on time service, made schedule adjustments, and nice drivers.
Our driver arrived early, was easy to find, and was very professional. Helped us with luggage and got us to the airport no problem.
Prompt- we were even able to move our pickup time up at the last minute in contacting the service. Driver was courteous and prompt.
