Disembarking ship after a cruise is typically an early morning, somewhat frantic activity all by itself. Knowing that the Viator airport transfer, in a foreign country no less, will be a non-issue is a huge relief. Our pickup logistics were extremely clear, driver on-time and personable, and the vehicle was perfect for our group of 8 and mountain of luggage. Well-done, many thanks!

For one, this is taxi service and it is a 4 door sedan. I reminded them repeatedly that I have four luggages and they send me a taxi sedan. Good thing I did not fill up one of my luggages otherwise we will not fit in the car. Totally disapppointing!

The pickup was smooth and was even a little early which was perfect for us. Ahmed was pilots and friendly. He got to to BCN airport quickly.

Simply put: Disappointing—had 3 people and 6 bags - Expected a van or larger type SUV (as shown in picture for the transfer). Instead, was a Toyota Camry ???? Which was actually a TAXI!?! Had to cram into the car which was a few mins late picking us up and I had to reach out multiple times to the provider, Viator, and the driver to find him. Other drivers had name cards in phones - as was described in our transfer description. And we’re driving private vehicles as shown in the description - not a taxi. On top of that, I made a reasonable request for a 33% refund for the inconvenience and was told NO! I would not use this service. If I wanted a TAXI - I would have simply taken one…for less expenses than I paid for this. Disappointed in the provider and Viator for this reservation. Encourage all to carefully think about your time and convenience versus what you pay for. This was a joke. Likely won’t use Victor since they don’t manage the provider well.
