Transferts de l'aéroport d'Angkor à Siem Reap

I booked an airport pick-up with Angkor TK Travel and Tours several months before we were due to arrive. About two weeks before our arrival the airline changed our flight time and I emailed Angkor TK Travel and Tours to advise them of the new arrival time. They acknowledged my email and advised me someone would be there to greet us. However, when we arrived at the schedule time there was no one there. We walked around the airport arrivals checking all of the signboards with names and no one was there for us. Eventually, we booked a car at the transport desk just outside of the airport. This car was ready immediately and took us straight to our hotel (for the same price as the pre-booked transfer). I would recommend not booking a transfer and using this service instead.

I booked airport transfer from this company 2 days in advance via Get Your Guide. Provided flight information, plane was on time got through customs and no one was there. Walked around a sea of signs like an idiot for 30 minutes, called twice was told “I’m sorry let me call the driver”. Prepaid - ended up calling a taxi. Unless you like standing in the heat walking around in circles. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

My car was early which is great for me. Fully air conditioned and friendly driver. Drove me straight to the airport with no problems.

Arrived before booked time but happily waited until we were ready. Clean car and great value compared to other companies
