The driver did not show up. I was left stranded at the airport having to book an airport taxi which of course cost me $50 more aside from the 1/2 wasted trying to contact the “tour operator” and customer support.
Viator took the funds from my account 3 days before travel. Even spoke to them to confirm the booking twice and was assured someone would meet us at Mombasa airport to transfer us to Malindi. When we arrived no one was there. Called Viator and were advised by your operator they have no knowledge of the booking.Asked us to call your operator ourselves and again assured we'd be picked up. Called the operator who said he hasn't received any communication from Viator and will not be able to provide the service. He said Viator will refund. Now Viator is investigating and so far no refund issued. Very very disappointed. It has been an exhausting ordeal and still waiting Viator response.
Daniel is a very good driver, speaks english very well and it's a pleasure to listen him talking about his country.
