A+ communication. It seems as if you can do a public shuttle for half the cost, but this group picks you up with your name on a sign and does a direct drop off to your hotel. I was the only one in the the beautiful private van. Worth is 10x over.
Unfortunately i had very bad Experience at this time because Viator cancelled in me 2 times and the third I booked transfer service it was not respond and driver never showed up to the airport. A day late the response was to ask for Refund because the reservation was done too late. I had to pay my transportation at the last minute after 3 hours of arrival and waiting for any response. Really Bad Service
They dropped us off at the wrong hotel at 1am and we had to walk until we found cab then got charged 200tl by taxi to finish taking us to our hotel, this was also suppose to be a direct transfer to goreme hotels only but we made several stops in other towns so it took forever to get to our hotel, I do not recommend this company, they will not contact me about it either
Efficient and courteous service from Kayseri Airport to our hotel directly. Driver also helped load and unload luggage which was extremely helpful. Slightly cramped in the bus tho, can't be a bigger human to be comfortable. Avg to smaller only.
the driver was waiting for us at the exit of the ASR airport, and there was our name on a paper, we reached our hotel in Goreme smoothly, the car was nice and comfortable
