Pour les transferts d'arrivée, la prise en charge commence à l'aéroport international de Dubaï après l'atterrissage et le dédouanement du vol. Le transfert vers les hôtels de Dubaï dure généralement de 35 à 45 minutes, selon l'emplacement et le trafic. Pour les transferts au départ, la prise en charge à l'hôtel ou à la résidence est prévue environ 3 à 4 heures avant l'heure de départ du vol. Le trajet jusqu'à l'aéroport dure généralement 45 à 60 minutes, selon les conditions de circulation et l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Les heures de prise en charge sont confirmées à l'avance pour assurer un transfert fluide et rapide.
