Pour votre arrivée aux terminaux 1 et 3 de l'aéroport international de Dubaï, veuillez noter les instructions suivantes : Notre représentant de l'aéroport vous accueillera après avoir quitté le hall d'arrivée (Terminal 1 et 3 Dubai International Airport) (Elevate DMC, uniforme orange et tenant un panneau de signalisation avec votre nom), vous remettra votre enveloppe de bienvenue dans la destination contenant tous les détails de la destination, et vous présentera votre chauffeur. Une fois que vous aurez rencontré le représentant de l'aéroport et le chauffeur, celui-ci vous escortera jusqu'à l'aire de stationnement où le véhicule de transfert sera prêt. Pour la prise en charge dans les hôtels de Dubaï, veuillez noter les instructions suivantes : Notre chauffeur sera présent dans le hall d'entrée avant l'heure prévue de votre prise en charge. Zones : depuis/vers l'aéroport international de Dubaï (DXB)/Port Rashid vers n'importe quel hôtel de Dubaï (Dubaï City (Deira/Bur Dubai), Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah Beach, Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), Dubai Marina, Tecom, Media City, Palm Jumeirah)

Vehicles were clean and modern. Driver carries a child’s car seat with him and was delighted to get it set up for our 3 year old. Our local expert Ghadi made his presence known but was not pushy or overbearing. He made initial contact at the start of our holiday and let us enjoy our time without being disturbed. He was always on the end of a WhatsApp when we did have questions or need advice. The gentleman who helped us at the airport pushed our trolley, helped us get checked in and guided us in the right direction. Everyone was polite and kind and we wouldn’t use anyone else when next visiting the UAE.

Dealt with these guys during our stay in RAK, UAE during start of the current Iran / America conflict. Especially a person called RAMY. He was a huge help, going out of his way to help us with some difficult issues. Cannot praise him and this company enough. They are fantastic and I 100% recommend them. Brilliant service, with highly professional, courteous and people-focused support through every individual contact (airport meet and greet, drivers to and from our hotel, and vital in resort support). We experienced significant delays linked to flight suspensions in the UAE and relied on our in resort contact with Ghadi as a key support. We used this company for our airport transfers during our recent trip to Dubai and the service was excellent from start to finish. Everything was well organised, punctual, and completely stress-free, which made travelling to and from the airport really easy. A special mention has to go to Ghadi, who was also our Virgin go-between. He was fantastic throughout the whole process. He kept us regularly informed about the ongoing situation in Dubai and provided plenty of reassurance, which we really appreciated. His communication and support made a big difference and helped us feel confident that everything was under control. The drivers were professional, the vehicles were comfortable, and the overall experience was smooth and reliable. Our driver, Shazar, was punctual for our early morning pick up for our return from Ras al Khaimer to Dubai airport. He was professional, safe and told us a lot about life in Dubai. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. The service was excellent.

This vendor put in their system that my pick up was on December 25 when it was the 26. They assured me that the issue was addressed but when December 26 came, no ride was at my hotel to pick us up. I called and they said they would do an investigation and I would receive a refund since I had to pay for another car to take us to the airport. It's been 3 weeks and I still don't have a refund.
