Our flight was delayed but with a call in they assured me they would stay apprised of my flight arrival. Car was clean, driver was very friendly and handled all of the luggage for us.
This company has got to be a scam! I booked online, paid and they never showed up. They tell you that they did show up but strangely to the wrong address. They did this twice!
I am sorry to hear about this – however I would suggest that if you did book through Airport Van then you contact our customer service department who will be happy to look into this for you . They would require you to provide the unique booking reference number . Guest feedback both positive & negative is always welcome . We have noticed that clients have actually booked through other companies with similar sounding names in the past so please double check your booking information and transport supplier
We took Paris Shuttle to and from the airport to downtown. I would absolutely use them again. They showed up when they said they would and git us to the airport in plenty of time.

Two experiences: 1. Had a shuttle booked from the airport. Had the time our flight landed and everything. We called and said they were ready and only then did they send a car. We waited for 30 minutes before it showed up... 2. We booked the shuttle for 815am to go back to the airport and it showed up at 630am and we weren't ready to get on. Left us and we got no refund. Had to get a taxi after that. Time you book is not the time they will show up.

My wife and I were picked up at our hotel 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. Luckily our trip to airport was on weekend so no worries with traffic. Driver was nice and friendly and made it to airport with no hiccups

Didn't show up, had to find a cab at 5:00am for 3 passengers with lots of luggage. Called, no response.
