Nous sommes un groupe d'amis qui se sont rencontrés à l'université et ont lancé cette agence de voyage en 2017. Nous sommes diplômés de l'Université d'Istanbul du département du tourisme et des guides touristiques. Chacun de nous a une licence de guide touristique professionnel. Tous nos chauffeurs ont une licence spéciale de la municipalité du tourisme. Nous sommes bien conscients que ce secteur est basé sur la fiabilité et les commentaires des clients. Nous connaissons très bien les attentes des voyageurs et nous savons comment répondre à ces attentes en tant qu'agence de voyage. Être de nombreuses années dans le domaine du secteur du tourisme nous a permis d'acquérir beaucoup d'expérience. The vehicle arrived late meaning I was stood in a carpark for 15minutes. The vehicle was old, well worn & no water was provided as advertised.
Dear Simon, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the drop-off destination entered in the booking was incorrect. The reservation was made for the European side, but the actual address was on the Asian side. This change was understood at the last minute. Although this was not caused by us and was outside our operating area, we chose to resolve the situation to avoid canceling your service. Due to the last-minute change, we had to arrange and pay another licensed agency to complete your transfer to the Asian side.
