Not good, in fact terrible and I would like to claim a refund of my payment of $123.00 for transport from Singapore Airport to the Furama River Front Hotel because the driver did not turn up. Our flight QF 51 was on time and we landed at 5.05 pm. After passing through customs there were about 8 drivers with notices listing the pick up person but none with our name or Viator. We waited about 15 to 20 minutes, and then spent a further 30 minutes checking each of the 12 pick-up points on Airport Boulevard - the designated pick up point, with no sightings. We rang +65 6595 6868 twice (no connection) and +65 3105 1264 who did not know of any pick-up service and said that Viator was a travel company. Neither did we receive any E-mails or phone calls asking our location and we had to make alternative arrangements. I look forward to a prompt refund after you investigate.
The instructions for collection were not very clear and made it hard to locate where the driver was. We could not contact driver and numbers listed were not in service
The pickup for our arrival into Singapore was a good experience. Our driver, Vincent, contacted me the day before to confirm our arrival details. As soon as our plane landed, I received a WhatsApp message from Vincent while the plane was taxiing to let me know he was there. He also provided me with instructions on the exact carousel that our luggage would be and how to meet him. This was a quick meet up and he whisked us away to the parking garage to begin our ride to our hotel. Vincent was very courteous and I was very happy with the service provided. I'll also provide a separate review for our departure to the airport which was provided by another driver that made me wish that we had Vincent for that ride as well.
He was in contact with us at all times, and he kindly accepted to meet us before the scheduled time.
June was super friendly and helpful. She communicated with me the day before my arrival to introduce herself and let me know where to look for her. Once we got loaded up she helped to locate a cheaper currency exchange that was on the way to the hotel. She also gave great suggestions on what to do during our visit and offered to take us back to the airport at the end of our visit.
We had a great experience! The driver was on time and very responsive over text. He was super friendly and gave us some tips on what to do in Singapore. Overall they were very reliable and I highly recommend booking with them!
I would not recommend this company. I tried contacting them twice prior to our departure to confirm our booking and to get clearer pick up location details for at Changi airport. I did not receive a response. After arriving at the airport we were unable to locate the driver, I tried calling and messaging the company and still had no response. After contacting Viator to request a refund, we were advised that MAM holidays refused to refund without explanation. Very disappointing as a family of 6 adults and 4 young children it was quite stressful. Needless to say we cancelled our return transfer with them and will never book with them again
Driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the Singapore airport, 10pm. He was super friendly and a local so gave us good tips on the way to the hotel. I highly recommend this especially if your arrival/departure is la late night one.
Good but meeting point not fixed before arrival causing some confusion partly my own fault as no Internet on arrival
This is my second review for this company because I used them two times. This review is for the time I used them to pick me up from a flight and to take me to my hotel in Marina Bay area. The driver was on time, courteous and provided a lot of interesting information about Singapore on the way to our hotel. The vehicle was clean and the driver was excellent.
