Le chauffeur attendra à l'aire de rendez-vous en tenant un panneau avec votre nom. À l'aéroport international Suvarnabhumi, sortez du hall des arrivées, tournez à droite et marchez jusqu'au point de rendez-vous à la sortie 3. Après votre arrivée à l'aéroport de Suvarnabhumi, remplissez les formalités d'immigration et récupérez vos bagages. Restez au niveau de la récupération des bagages et rendez-vous au point de rendez-vous devant la porte 3 – veuillez ne pas monter ou descendre des étages. Notre personnel sera là tenant un panneau avec votre nom pour faciliter l'identification. Ils vous escorteront jusqu'à votre chauffeur pour un transfert privé et confortable à votre hôtel de Bangkok. À l'aéroport international Don Mueang, pour les vols intérieurs, tourner à gauche; pour les vols internationaux, tourner à droite après la douane.

From the moment I landed in Bangkok, this private transfer service made my arrival seamless and comfortable. The communication before arrival was clear, with detailed instructions on where to meet the driver. Once I located the meeting point, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a sign with my name, which made me feel instantly at ease. The vehicle was modern, clean, and air-conditioned—perfect after a long flight. The driver was professional, courteous, and drove safely through Bangkok’s traffic. I really appreciated being able to sit back and relax while being taken straight to my hotel without any hassle. This service was absolutely worth it for the convenience and peace of mind. Highly recommended if you're arriving in Bangkok and want a smooth start to your trip!
The actual transportation was very good. The vehicle was nice and the driver very friendly. However, I have given only a three because of the challenge of finding the driver. I was given good instructions but when I arrived at gate four as instructed I could not find my name nor the company I had booked with. I asked one of the attendants and she directed me to the next gate. After searching for awhile I gave up and sent a message. I was then directed back to gate four. Eventually I saw my name but had missed it because somehow another name was on the end of mine. The company on my little sign was also not the one I had booked with. I was then sent out into the chaotic traffic to find my driver by license number. This was no different than finding an UBER … or BOLT here in Thailand. This service was a premium priced so I would encourage in the future to find a premium way of connecting client and driver.
