Highly recommended. They're very responsive and organized. They sent clear instruction on where to find them once you arrive. They have a booth right outside the arrival area with your name on it, so they're easy to find. The drivers were nice and friendly too.
Our flight was late and it was lovely to see our name on a sign for our transfer and a smiling face the vehicle was perfect to transfer 4 Adults with luggage.
Our driver, was wonderful. Great driver but also shared local information. Also liked the service of meeting us at arrival.

So friendly and efficient, we have used epic transfers twice now and would definitely recommend. No issues at the airport, driver was waiting when we arrived. We needed to get to a chemist which is 45 mins from our hotel and they arranged for a driver to pick up what we needed at the chemist and deliver it! Such amazing service! Thank you epic transfers
Everything from pickup to drop off was great. Meet and greet was very well organised and my luggage was loaded in the vehicle for me which l was grateful for as it was quite heavy. Thank you

Very easy process! The driver was waiting with a print out of our name and it was a very smooth drive to the hotel. Also worked out being about the same price as a regular taxi which we got on the return to the airport.
I arrived in Fiji for the first time and as I picked up my luggages, I went outside and I could see my name held by Shaheed my driver. Shaheed is very respectful and a great driver. The car is comfortable, clean and spacious. Highly recommend while in Fiji.
Our driver was very helpful our questions and right on time! We booked for 8am not knowing how long it would take to ho through customs, but he was there waiting for us at 6am!
