Le chauffeur sera disponible 30 minutes après l'arrivée du vol et attendra 90 minutes à partir de là

Our driver was exactly on time and came with a nice van as we had requested. He was very nice and we would recommend this service
After waiting in the airport for over an hour, then I get a message saying the car broke down and he wasn’t coming.
The driver was more than capable, but we waited close to 30 minutes until he arrived. It was then a 10 minute walk to go to the driver’s vehicle. Uber and Lyft are easily available. And you won’t have to walk to your vehicle.
Our driver (Nick, I think!) was courteous, on time and forward thinking. Suggested we leave 15 minutes earlier than scheduled time, and was spot on….a cruise ship just arrived and masses of people were clogging everything. Thanks!
Car did not arrive. No communication from provider until way to late. Said car was involved in accident, well why didn't they tell me!
Sorry the collision happened so close to your pick up time and there was a delay in informing you owing to slow internet and me being busy with other pickup , we have refunded you and we are sorry could not pick you
Our driver was there to meet us as we exited customs and arrived in the reception hall. It was a bit of a walk to the car however we quickly unloaded our two carts of baggage into the car and were off to the city. We enjoyed the conversation with our driver, Terry. It was an easy drive into city center and we comfortably reached our hotel.
What a fun trip from AKL to hotel. Quick 25 minute trip. Lively conversation and lots of laughs. Ride with Terry! You will love him!
Even though our flight was delayed and the service at the airport was terribly slow when I came through their was my driver waiting with a sign. Prompt service excellent driving. Thankyou
We were very happy with the service. We were delayed waiting for our luggage and there were long lines waiting to go through immigration. Our driver waited for us past the usual waiting time. We were very appreciative that we still had a driver waiting for us.
Smooth and seamless. Great contact between us and driver. Even though it was morning rush hour, it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.
