Good value for money, the driver arrived about 15 minutes before requested pick up time. He was professional and answered question I had about Rio de Janeiro. My only concern was I really did not know where to meet him, so I asked another driver who contacted the company and was told he was on the way. Overall, a good trip to my hotel from the airport.

After confirming details of pick up via whats app, a driver showed up a day before i arrived. I informed the driver that they arrived on the wrong day and asked for confirmation that there would be a driver waiting on the following day, I was then informed i would have to pay more money. I was charged full amount and denied a refund although i was not picked up. I do not recommend this service to any tourist.

We never get the transfer the person who receives us said the car had a problem . And we paid for 2 people and she has 2 more people waiting for the car. THis is a SCAM di not use this company. I got ther at 12:30 am and i was supposed to wait one hour to wait for another car. Of course we didn’t wait. And they said that so you leave in a taxi. Big mistake to booked them.
