Excellent customer service! Disembarking from shop. We had to change our pickup time back and forth in real time, but they made it so easy and pleasant! we were one hour late and they waited for us with the name sign. Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service. Our disembarking ran late! Us not knowing and booked for pickup at 9:00am, then we though we would be out by 8:30, reach out to them, they adjusted the pickup time for 8:30, then our depart and immigration took longer, we were out by 10:00, they were waiting for us with name board. Thank you so much for being so flexible and stressless!

Communication was flawless, even though I requested changes the day before. Our driver arrived early and called to give us specific instructions on how to find her amid a chaotic crowd at t he port. We had a short walk to her immaculately clean Mercedes and a couple of cold waters and we were at our hotel within 30 mins. Highly recommend. The ship had offered to arrange pickup but the prices were $150+. I didn't want tnfight for a taxi so I took a chance and booked the car. So glad I did, It was a fantastic start to our visit to Athens.

On time, had a sign with our name outside of the port terminal, safe driving to our hotel, helped with bags, good conversations regarding recommendations.
